Updates Needed

Great location. Desperately needed updates. Beds, bedding seemed to be very old and needing replacement. Ice machine was not working as it appeared to have lost its seal causing condensation and clogging ice return. House keeping came into rental and we were told they were not aware of our early checkin even though it was purchased in advance.

The unit was dated. The pillows and bed coverings were old. Furnishings were worn and soiled. The toaster and coffee maker didn’t work well. Our second night we had to make a late night trip for toilet paper as we weren’t aware that it wasn’t supplied.

Great location, terrible property mgmt

We rented this condo for 3 weeks. During that time there were multiple maintenance issues that existed from day 1 that were never addressed. Some items were obvious like the patio which was pictured with 6 six chairs but only had 3. Then there was the dryer which NEVER dried clothes. Despite multiple calls to property management it was never fixed. Instead we were told that the dryer was under warranty and therefore couldn't be fixed because it would violate the warranty!! Even simple things like changing light bulbs took 3-4 days to resolve. If i owned this property I would fire the property management in a heartbeat. The rest of Reunion was delightful. Great service and accommodations in a prime location.

Disappointed, condition not as listed

The description of this property is not accurate. The picture of the washer/dryer is not from this unit, the actual W/D is older and smaller. All of the furnishings are worn. The couch would spit out feathers whenever sat on. Linens are listed as being provided, the only sheets in the unit are the ones on the beds, towels were gray and there are only 6 towels for a unit that can accommodate 8 people. There are water stains on the ceiling in the bedroom with the queen beds and the attached bathroom. One of the queen beds made creaking sounds everytime there was any movement on the bed. The freezer was leaking, and was looked at twice by a maintainence person, never fixed. We stayed here for 6 weeks, we contacted the Management numerous times and received very little help. After the 5th week we finally received additional towels, left inside our unit while we were gone. Anytime we would contact the Management, depending upon who answered the phone, we would get a different answer or promises of resolving the problem with nothing happening.

Family Vacation

Overall place was nice but communication with property manager was not great. Had to reach out multiple time to get a hold of them. Home didn’t come with any starter package of dish soap or garbage bags. You can’t dispose your own garbage so you have to call the property manager each time for them to pick up your trash bags which in theory is nice but poses a problem when you can’t easily reach them.

3 guys went down to see a Car Auction and we all had our own bedroom and bathroom and as a bonus we shared a kitchen and living room and deck We really enjoyed our stay.

Was looking forward to leaving

The resort itself was nice and had plenty to do. My issue was with the condo. The furniture is dated and could stand to be replaced but that was not biggest issue. We checked in on Sunday and as we were checking out the condo I noticed the heating element in the oven was broken. We call immediately to report the broken oven and want to know if it was useable or not. We had to leave a message because the office was closed. The next morning we get a call back and explained what we found in the oven and we were told they would send someone to check it out. No one came to see about the oven until Thursday and it didn’t get fixed until Friday afternoon and we were leaving Saturday morning. The next big issue the we encountered were roaches, we called immediately when we saw 2 in the cabinet. We were told someone would check it out. That same night we went out and brought raid and traps. No one ever came to spray for the roaches so we spent our vacation fighting roaches. We have left all of our baggage outside in the cold garage (that is not attached to the house) to make sure we did not bring any of them home. The unit did not feel clean and you could tell that the carpet had been vacuumed which we did when we arrived. I also had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the condo to my standards. This is the first we have experienced something like this as we have rented really great places in the past and have had any concerns addressed immediately. This vacation was very disappointing,

Great condo in a fantastic resort!

The condo was great with all of the necessary amenities and more than met our needs during he month of July. The locatoin was ideal to access pools, fitness facilities, grocery stores, theme parks and other attractions. The condo was very quiet which was ideal when getting away from all the business and noise. We have stayed at numerous resorts over the past several years and this one is tops. Two nights on Whisper Way - Building K, 301

I thought the property was getting tired. There should be a dishcloth & scrubber at the kitchen sink to easily clean up after yourselves. Also a bottle of window cleaner would be nice for the dining table and counter tops as they were filmy upon arrival from the cleaning staff who also l missed the plastic glass of cigar butts in the corner of the balcony. Nothing was available in the condo pointing out the amenities. No map of the area or information on restaurants and pools on the properties to use. Apparently a prior guest departed with that ? Toby responded promptly to the call re: no working TVs when we arrived and it would have been nice to have the information on amenities at our finger tips. A few lights were not working: Main ceiling light in the master bath, light over the tub and some ceiling cans in the kitchen. One small roll of toilet paper per each of the 3 bathrooms proved to be a challenge for 5 people- a back up roll would have been nice.

The condo was spacious and very clean. Minor issue with slow drains in bathroom sinks. Overall great place to stay. Close to Disney, restaurants, grocery store and shopping. This is my third stay at Reunion and I’ll be returning again soon.

Wonderful Experience!

This was our first stay off Disney property and we weren't sure if we would enjoy it since we had been spoiled to staying on site. The grounds of Reunion are beautiful. Even though we rented through VRBO the staff at Reunion were more than willing to help us with any questions we had. We also enjoyed our first dinner on site which was not only convenient but really tasty. The pools are clean and well maintained. If you are trying to decide if you want to stay off site---DO IT! We were concerned about traffic, how difficult it would be to get out of parks, etc. From our past experience staying in Disney and having to catch busses at the parks and everyone cramming into a bus and possibly making multiple stops.......this was so much better!!! IT did not take us long at all to get to our car and get out of the parks. You simply walk out of the park and catch the tram and they take you to "area" in which you parked. I cannot explain how nice it was to get in your own car and head home. Regarding this specific condo, it was everything that was advertised. Here is a breakdown of our experience: BEDROOM: Plenty of sheets, comfortable beds/pillows BATH: Plenty of towels, bring your own shampoo/conditioner, soap (there is a very small soap provided but no shampoo/conditioner), hairdryers in each bathroom KITCHEN: Well stocked. They provide dishwashing soap, 1 pod for the dishwasher and 1 roll of paper towels. WASHER/DRYER: bring laundry detergent and dryer sheets. They provide 1 box of detergent. TRAVEL TO ACTIVITIES: 15 minutes to Disney, 30 min to Universal (I-4), 25 min to Seaworld (I-4). All of these attractions are close, the traffic and congestion make the travel times longer. CONVIENCE: CVS, Public, McDonalds--1.6 miles away, Walmart--2.5 miles, Perkins Restaurant--3 miles. We loved having access to all of this. Very easy to navigate the area. This is a well stocked condo. As with any rental there are usually things you "find" and have to contact the owner about and we could not have been happier with Toby. He was great to deal with and very on top of things. He responded to us very quickly. We would rent this unit again in the future.
