Welcome to Epic Windsor Hills Grand Family Retreat, a spacious 6-bedroom pool home designed for large families and groups who want the perfect mix of location, comfort, and nonstop fun—just 2 miles from Walt Disney World®.



From the moment you arrive, this home delivers the space you need to truly relax together. Inside, a bright and open layout creates the perfect gathering place, whether you’re starting your morning with coffee before the parks or winding down after a full day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make meals easy, while the comfortable living room is ideal for movie nights and group hangouts.



With room for up to 14 guests, everyone can spread out and enjoy their own space. Each bedroom features its own TV, making it easy for both kids and adults to unwind at their own pace after busy days exploring Orlando.



When it comes to entertainment, the garage game room is a standout feature. Enjoy friendly competition with a pool table, air hockey, and basketball game—perfect for keeping the fun going long after you leave the parks.



Step outside to your private screened-in pool and spa, where you can soak up the Florida sunshine without rear neighbors behind you. Pool heat is available for $30 per day plus tax and can be added for the duration of your stay.
