My family had a wonderful stay! The communication with the owner was great. The location was convenient to the Disney parks, and the pool and hot tub areas were relaxing after a long day.  The property was clean and outfitted with everything we needed. Loved using the coffee bar and sitting out on the screened deck overlooking the pool in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

All the little things were covered. The pictures and the room themes were fabulous. The best part was the numerous Disney characters setup throughout the rooms including some dinner guests. :). As someone who relies on other people's reviews to make my plans, I feel obligated to give back. This is an honest review. We are not friends or related to the owners and actually stayed there for 1 week.This is a top notch condo in a fabulous resort. I'd give it a 9.8We've stayed at Windsor Hills many times, and this was by far the best condo we've stayed in.It's located on the third floor facing the pool. Parking was no problem. The resort is great and all employees were terrific. Just a word of warning, the pool area plays music all day and had a DJ on the weekend. So we could hear that in the condo. Not a problem for us. So if you want daytime quiet, pick a condo way away from the pool. My most important things in a hotel/condo are:Cleanliness, comfy beds and good showers. The condo was very clean, amazingly stocked with everything you could need. And well decorated with big comfy living room furniture. The beds were really comfy- soft but not too soft.Showers were just OK. I REALLY appreciate a hand held shower head, and they had one. But the water pressure is really low, and the hand held didn't have any adjustments for spray- a must if you have low water pressure. For under 100 the owners could make this condo a 10/10 But, compared to hotels and other condos, it's what you'd expect. I also appreciated the safe in the master closet. That was a nice touch. Really, the owners have a ton of "nice touches" throughout that makes this a fabulous place.

This was our second stay at Windsor Hills resort and our first in this condo and neither disappointed. The heated pool and waterpark are great for those lazy days and the convenience of grabbing meals or odds and ends at the onsite marketplace made our stay more enjoyable. The proximity to restaurants, a Walmart, gas stations, and most important, Disney and Universal, are all reasons why we love this property. This condo is nothing short of amazing. First and foremost it is clean and comfortable! Anything and everything you could need has been thought of. The kitchen has every appliance and all the tools you would need to make a meal and the bedrooms are cozy, comfortable, and spacious. Bonus items were the in unit washer and dryer, the extra pool towels, an xbox, and our welcome kit with some much needed household items for when we first arrived. Our host Jennifer was great to deal with and was available with any questions or concerns we had. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. We would definitely stay here again.

What a gem! We loved all of the Disney decorations and our kids had a blast at the pool area. Everything was so clean and well thought out. Plenty of space and everything we needed. Disney Magic Inside and Out!

Our family had an absolutely magical stay at this VRBO! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean everything was. The condo is also beautifully decorated with Disney characters, which our kids absolutely loved and added so much fun to our trip.It truly had everything a family could possibly need, making our stay so comfortable and convenient.
