Our stay here was wonderful!
We arrived late but were welcomed warmly by the staff, which set the tone for the rest of our trip. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel offers a variety of activities and has a reliable shuttle service to both the city centre and Liv Mackenzie, which was really convenient.
The rooftop pool is lovely and a great place to relax. While the location is a bit remote, we still managed fine without a rental car. However, renting one could be helpful for getting around more easily. There’s a nice bakery about a 15-minute walk away, and we also used Wolt for food delivery and dined out during our stay.
We did encounter a small issue with broken glass in our room, but it was handled quickly and professionally. Ina is amazing—so helpful and full of knowledge. Alexis is warm and attentive. Both ladies really stood out and made our stay even better. The shuttle driver (we forgot to ask his name!) was always punctual and very pleasant.
My family had a great time here and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
