Discover the beauty of Pushaw Lake at our stunning waterfront property in Orono, Maine. Close to the University of Maine Black Bears as well as Bangor with all the exciting activities, restaurants and entertainment it has to offer. Our lake house has 4 bedrooms providing plenty of sleeping space and 2 full bathrooms making cleaning off after a day of exploring a breeze. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower. The lake house is the last property on a dead-end road with a large lawn to play yard games, 2 beaches, a massive 32 foot dock to swim and fish from and several trees that cast a comfortable shade on a hot summer day. The space feels tranquil and soothing, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

1. Your check-in instructions will be sent to you 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time. We kindly request that you refrain from visiting the property before your designated check-in time. Our team needs this time to prepare the accommodation for your arrival.

2. Your check-in instructions will contain all the essential details you need for a seamless arrival, including:
a.) Door codes
b.) Directions on how to access and enter your booked property.
c.) Any specific guidelines or instructions related to your stay.

3.) Our standard check in time is at 4PM.

4. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in our rental and please make sure not to tamper with the smoke alarms.

5. We do not allow any pets

6. Please keep noise levels reasonable, and refrain from having parties, loud music, or any disruptive activities. Quiet hours start at 10 pm and quiet hours simply mean being mindful of anyone next door.

7. The number of overnight guests should not exceed the registered number or the maximum number of guests allowed.

8. Check-out is at 11 AM unless you`ve made other arrangements with us.

If you encounter any issues following these rules, please let us know immediately. We`re happy to address any concerns you may have. If you`re unable to abide by these rules, we`ll offer you a full refund for your booking within 24 hours of booking. Thank you for your understanding.
