Located just off of the Grand Glaize Bridge at mile marker 19 in Osage Beach, this condo is exactly where you want to be for all of your activities at the Lake.

The brand new Topsider is exactly where you want to be. While enjoying the panoramic view from your oversized, private deck, you can watch the boats come in and out under the Grand Glaize Bridge while sipping your morning coffee or evening drink of choice. This new complex is still adding amenities and facilities but guests joining us in 2023 will have access to the beautiful lakeside swimming pool, covered dock for fishing if you're looking to cast a line, free parking, and free WiFi.

With a King in the Main Suite and Queens in each of the other two guestrooms, everyone can sleep comfortably with their own space. During the day, enjoy relaxing on your oversized covered deck with a beautiful panoramic view of the Lake before heading down to the family pool or infinity pool for some sun, one of four covered docks for some fishing, a local marina to pick up a boat or wave runner, or off to enjoy the endless amount of activities that the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.

By water, you are at the 19th mile marker of the main channel and the 1st mile market of the Grand Glaize Arm. By land, this condo is centrally located in Osage Beach making most destinations <5 minutes away and almost all activities and attractions just a 10-15 minute drive including golf, shopping, lakefront dining, and more!

When you’re back home and looking to relax, enjoy that beautiful sunset, catch up on the day with your free Wifi access, watch TV on the flat screen over the elegant electric fireplace, or even catch up on your TV binge using the streaming services available on one of 4 TVs provided in each bedroom and Living Room..

BRING YOUR BOAT!
Ask about the availability of our 12X40 Boat Slip! Topsider DOES NOT have trailer storage or a boat ramp. We recommend the public access at the Lake of the Ozarks State Park Public Beach #2 which is safe and extremely close both by water and road.

Parking is free and first-come-first serve for the entire complex. This unit is on the same level as the parking lot in Building 1 and does not require guests to navigate stairs in order to get into and out of the condo.

We utilize NestxYale SmartLocks for our rentals making check-in, check-out, and condo access extremely easy for our guests. NO KEYS REQUIRED!

With keyless locks and check-in, our guests only need to reach out to us if they need us. It is preferred that guests utilize Vrbo to ask questions or if they need assistance that is not an emergency as we have set our home up in a way that our guests should feel at home. If it is an emergency or pressing issue, we are available by phone/text as needed.

Topsider is a brand new luxury condo complex with a mix of Vacation Condos and residences right in the heart of Osage Beach. From the parking lot you are <10 minutes away from just about all of the attractions by car and endless activities by water!
