Lakeside Retreat at Beautiful Lake of the Ozarks

Kick back and relax in this beautiful, newly remodeled 3 bedroom 3 bath lake front condo that sleeps 8. Experience stunning views of sunsets over the lake from the 2 decks. Enjoy a dock day using the boat slip (13ft x 32ft) furnished with 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, a large floating mat and a variety of life jackets. Make use of the complex’s 3 pools, pickleball courts, tennis court, playground or basketball court. Minutes away from grocery, shopping, golf & The Strip, close to restaurants & entertainment options for any taste or mood. Perfect for couples or families!

The space
You will enter the two story condo on the main level where you will find a full laundry room, gorgeous kitchen and dining area, and a relaxing family room with wall to wall windows overlooking the gorgeous lake. Make use of the desk with 21 inch monitor to make this your work from home space for the week! On the main floor you will find the first deck just off the dining space which includes a 6 person dining table, and ceiling fan to enjoy outdoor dining during your stay.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Located on the main level, is furnished with two twin-over-double bunk beds, ceiling fan, and smart TV. This bedroom has use of the main floor full sized bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Located on the lower level, the queen bedroom includes an attached full bathroom, smart TV, ceiling fan, and access to the lower deck through sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 3: Located on the lower level, the spacious master suite includes a smart TV, ceiling fan, full ensuite bathroom, and access to the lower deck through sliding glass doors.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils, air fryer, toaster oven, toaster, blender, mixing bowls, and serveware. We provide basic spices, Keurig coffee pods, sugar, and creamer to get you started. We will also include a limited set of dishwashing supplies, trash bags and paper towels as well.

Dining: The dining space includes a 6 person table and seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. The main level deck directly off the indoor dining space includes a high top six person table, and ceiling fan to enjoy dinner on the deck while watching the sunset over the lake.

Laundry: A second refrigerator, washer and dryer along with necessary laundering products can be found in the laundry room located just inside the front door.

Dock: You will also have use of a 13ft x 32ft boat slip on Dock 3, which is in a quiet cove with minimal boat activity. At the end of the dock you will find a ladder for easy access to swim directly off of the dock. Our slip is equipped with a full sized (6 x 20) floating mat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 adult kayaks and a variety of life jackets.

Things to do during your stay:
* For boat rentals, The Getaway or WFO Watersports are located close by land or water
* Visit Bagnell Dam or take a tour of Bridal Cave
* Find hiking trails in nearby Lake of the Ozarks State Park or drive a little further to Ha Ha Tonka State Park where you can see ruins of a historic castle on a bluff overlooking the lake
* Golf at Osage National Golf Course
* Shopping at Osage Beach Outlet Marketplace
* Sugar Creek Miniature Golf or Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf

Guest access
The condo includes one reserved parking space (#124) that is located at the top of a set of stairs that will take you one flight down to the condo entrance. Extra unmarked/unreserved parking spots are available as well on the left side against the concrete wall. Please do not park in any numbered spot other than #124 - your vehicle will be towed at your expense. You will enter via keyless entry with the code sent to you within 72 hours of check-in.

Other things to note
* Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
* No additional guests other than indicated when booking.
* Must provide an accurate number of guests staying when booking to allow us to prepare the condo appropriately. We will provide an initial supply of coffee, sugar, creamer, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper but you may need to pick up extra at the nearby store.
* No hanging of anything or using adhesive of any kind on the walls.
* For safety and security, each deck and the front door are equipped with cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior and there are no interior cameras located within the condo.
* Absolutely no smoking allowed on the property.
* Please no food/eating in the bedrooms or on the couch.
* Pets (dogs only) are allowed but prior approval must be given and agree to pet-specific rules (1-2 dogs, 50lbs or less) and fees will apply.
* Trailer parking available on a gated lot for $75 per week.
* Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am
* Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am.
* Upon checkout we ask that you start the dishwasher (supplies provided), and remove trash. The dumpsters are located on your drive out on your left in a wood enclosure by the tennis courts.
* Any violation of our house rules or complex rules may result in forfeiting your deposit.
