The space
Close to all the excitement the lake has to offer! Some highlights of the property include a completely renovated interior including plank flooring, black stainless steel appliances, shaker style cabinets, countertop, tile back splash, pull down kitchen faucet in a stainless sink with garbage disposal. A new couch, 50" 4K smart TV, Bedroom set, Queen memory foam mattress, and light fixtures make this unit stand above the rest. We added a small mid century bistro table for eating in and extra seating. The brand new deck allows guests to have a great experience inside and out and the bistro table and porch swing provide a great place to drink your morning coffee or evening beverage. Guests also have access to the Lakeside pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, docks, coin operated laundry room, green space and all other common areas of the complex. Parking for your boat and trailer and boat launch on property. Boat slip also available for an additional small fee. This unit also offers free WiFi at no additional charge. This quiet complex offers great Lakeside experience while being close to some of the best shopping, entertainment and recreation. Guest access
Guests have access to and will be the only guests in a one bedroom condo Which features one bedroom and 1 full bath. Guests have a full size refrigerator including ice maker and super comfy Queen size memory foam in the bedroom. A roomy closet offers plenty of room for a weekly or monthly stay. This unit has been completely updated throughout and optimized for vacation rentals offering more space and amenities with an open feel and great Lake views! Everything is new in this unit so guests will be confident they will have a worry free stay in an extremely clean unit, fully stocked and designed for vacation travelers.

Other things to note
Rules for guests and owners staying at Weston Point are posted in the unit and must be followed throughout entire stay. Deer are prevalent at night near Weston Point so exercise caution when driving around especially at night. Weston Point is a quiet, closely knit community and any guests disrespecting owners and other guests will be reported , the terms of their stay cancelled and any monies paid will be forfeited as well as the ramifications of any additional civil or criminal charges. While there are plenty of places to have a good night or weekend partying our location and home is not one of them. We work to cater to those whom enjoy some quiet lake views during their stay and we discourage guests looking for a place to party from booking our condo. We do not allow non family groups larger than 2 adult overnight occupants and at no time may the unit have more than 6 occupants.
