#3 | Waterfront Cabin with New Bath
Welcome to Barefoot Beach Resort, a laid-back spot on the best beach of Lake Huron. Cabin 3 is right on the water and just steps from the sand. Whether you're here to unwind, unplug, or just
sit with your feet in the lake, this is a great place to start.
It’s a 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabin, and the bathroom has been completely redone from top to bottom—tile, fixtures, the works. It’s one of the nicest on the property. Pair that with new mattresses and a front-row seat to the lake, and you’ve got a clean, comfortable spot to come back to after a day in the sun.
★THE SPACE★
☀ Two bedrooms with queen beds + a big, comfy couch (sleeps 5)
☀ One bathroom—small but works just fine
☀ Full kitchen with painted cabinets + a 4-person dining table
☀ Living room with Roku TV (if you feel like turning it on)
☀ Charcoal grill, picnic table, patio chairs, and some beach toys
☀ Shared fire pits literally on the beach
☀ High-speed Wi-Fi (good enough for Zoom, if you must)
☀ Easy self-check-in, no keys or hassle
☀ Starter Kit: Coffee, paper towels, soap, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. (restock as needed)
★LOCATION★
Oscoda is a small, car-friendly town. Public transportation like buses or trains is unavailable, so having a car is recommended for exploring beyond town. Car rentals, taxis, and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are accessible. Biking and walking are common, with various trails, beaches, parks, and recreational areas within easy reach on foot or by bike.
Thousands of acres of wetlands and woods, with trails and birdwatching spots. Super peaceful and usually pretty quiet.
