Villa Mora is a characteristic and welcoming three-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Mora you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Mora is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 14 km (8.7 miles) from Jesi, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.1 km (roughly 1200 yards), a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.55 miles) and the closest beach (Senigallia beach) at 18 km (roughly 11 miles).
You will reach Villa Mora from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Mora you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Mora is along a 600-meter (1970-foot) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with two sun umbrellas, deck chairs, two sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the valley and of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning and by a porch. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery.
Garden
The garden is 700 square meters (7500 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees.
Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the patio through an external access. In the wellness room you will find a sauna and a shower.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with wood. The ceiling is made of wood. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include a L-shaped sofa and a desk. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through two French doors. The room has three small high windows, as well as a small window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a safe.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The ceiling of the kitchen has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table is in marble and can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room has four windows, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. This room is closed by a glass door. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a glass wall, as well as two small high windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room through an access area.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an access area. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
First FloorLiving Room 2
The second living room is paved with wood. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include a sofa and an armchair. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has three windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Study
You will be able to enter the study from the second living room. The floor is paved with wood. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. They include two desks. The room has four windows.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair and an upholstered fabric bench. The room has four windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large open shower, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom climbing one step (please note that the bathroom has no door).
Second FloorBedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom
This room is closed by a glass door. The bedroom has two matrimonial beds (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa and a bedroom chair. The room has six windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
