The Loft Suite is a big and cozy studio apartment for rent for
holidays in Puglia. The Loft Suite is on the lower floor of a villa in
the countryside of Ostuni. It`s equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, parking area in the garden and internet. It accommodates up to 4 guests. Pets are allowed.

loft has a large outdoor area that is shared with the owners that live
on the upper floor. This holiday home is on the basement and it`s
rechable through a slide.
The studio apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed for two guests, kitchen and dining area and the sleeping area with a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The beaches on the Adriatic coast are 11 kilometers away. The closest seaside locations are Torre Santa Sabina, Villanova and Torre Guaceto.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 25 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
