Casa Ziago - Quadrupla

The quadruple room at Casa Ziago is a convenient and
comfortable solution for those who want to spend a vacation in Ostuni,
discovering one of the most beautiful villages in Puglia.
The solution is complete with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV, mini fridge.
In common, available to guests, there is a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle etc. Pets allowed.

Ziago has the entrance along one of Ostuni`s characteristic alleys,
made of stairs and therefore accessible only on foot. The structure is
developed on the second floor.
The guesthouse is located on
the second floor. The entrance is into a living room shared by all
guests. Here there are table, chairs, TV and balcony with a view. Next
to it is the kitchenette equipped with induction cooktop, coffee maker,
microwave, electric kettle etc.
Among its rooms is this cozy quadruple room consisting of two rooms plus a full shower room and an interior balcony of its own. The two compartments are 1 room with double bed, closet and desk, and 1 pass-through room with bunk bed, and complete with en suite shower room.

Ziago is a property located in the historic center of Ostuni, also
known by the characteristic name "White City" for its whitewashed
houses.
The charming village in the heart of Puglia is
characterized by narrow streets, charming little squares and a panoramic
view of the Adriatic Sea. It offers a perfect mix of history, culture
and relaxation.
Nearby there are beautiful beaches, such as Torre
Guaceto and Costa Merlata, as well as charming farms and rural
landscapes typical of the Apulian countryside. It is the ideal place to
immerse yourself in tradition, enjoy excellent cuisine and enjoy the sea
and nature.

After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out
(from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for
late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be
withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for
each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not
included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a
penalty fee of 40 euro. 
- The kitchenette is shared.
- The air conditioning is in the double room.
