The lower (1st) level offers a queen bed, the 2nd floor includes two twin beds plus a twin trundle, and the top (3rd) floor features a king bed and an additional daybed. The upper-level family room is ideal for reading, playing games, or relaxing with a movie and a cozy blanket.

This retreat is just two blocks off of Main and just steps away from restaurants, Mouse's Chocolates and Candy and many more boutiques and historical buildings. The scenic Perimeter Trail, just west of the property, is easily accessible for hiking and outdoor adventure.

Important Notes
-Four wheel drive or AWD is strongly encouraged during winter months due to mountain conditions
-This home does not offer air conditioning, which is uncommon in Ouray ’s alpine climate
-Guests are responsible for monitoring local weather and road conditions, especially during winter travel
