Haven Private 1/1 Farmstay Getaway

Enter through the front porch or your own private back door. The 3 BR house was designed & built to be versatile, rented room by room or as a whole house. It has foam insulation in the interior walls for soundproofing, separate HVAC zones for each BR , a comfy Common Room w/kitchen & dining space if you want to hang out with the others. If not, you are tucked away behind the barn door with your own TV, Coffee maker, MW & porch. Back porch view is of the fire pit & picnic/grill.

The bedroom and bathroom are beautiful. You have your own back porch, complete with a grill and a fire pit.

We have a swimming pool across the driveway for our guests. The grounds are open to the guests also.

We do live on site but the grounds are so large its easy to never lay eyes on us.
We love to meet our guests but are hanging back because PANDEMIC. If a guest wants to visit, we can find an open air space to talk.

We live on one of the prettiest roads in North Mississippi. CR 231 is also known as Camp Hopewell Road. The Camp staff live out here as well as several other homes of long time residents. Please leave early, leave time to enjoy this cold country road. Our turn off is next door to a very old cemetery that has some headstones from the late 1700's. As we say, The neighbors are quiet.

Getting here requires a car. There is ample parking in the large tall pine tree shaded lot adjacent to the guesthouse.

You will see the horses across the fence. They are friendly and love pets but please don’t feed them treats. Hand feeding causes nibbling horses and there’s lots of things that horses aren’t supposed to eat.

We have great long term rental rates for this room. These rates are steeply discounted and do not include routine housekeeping or laundry supplies for personal use. Clean towels and bed linens are provided during f your stay.
