We're Katie and Adam, a husband-and-wife team, and this home is the first of our Cypress & Cedar properties. We're not on site, but we're always close by — message, text, or call anytime, whether you need something for the house or a dinner recommendation on The Square. We know Oxford well and love sharing it.

The home sits in a peaceful Oxford community just two miles from campus, with quick access to The Square, local parks, and quiet, walkable stretches that are lovely for a morning coffee stroll or a jog.


The entire townhome is yours — all three bedrooms, the flex lounge, 3.5 baths, living room, kitchen, and laundry. Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. Keyless entry makes arrival simple: your personal door code is sent the day before check-in, so there's no key pickup and no waiting — just punch in your code and you're home. Three free parking spaces sit right near the front door.



We designed this townhome the way we'd want to travel — elevated where it counts, easy everywhere else.

BEDROOMS + BATHS
Every bedroom has its own private bathroom, so everyone gets their own quiet corner of the house. The main-level primary suite features a King Purple mattress, Quince luxury linens, a double vanity, and a spacious closet. Upstairs you'll find a second King bedroom and a Queen bedroom, both with Purple mattresses and premium bedding. The upstairs flex lounge adds a Queen sleeper sofa and mini fridge — perfect for extra guests or a lazy movie night. Plush towels, spa-quality essentials, and a full-length mirror in every bedroom suite. (Note: the sleeper sofa is the one bed without a Purple mattress.)

KITCHEN + COFFEE BAR
This kitchen was built for actually cooking — stainless appliances, a large quartz island, and a full setup of cookware, bakeware, and spices. The guest favorite: a curated coffee bar with locally roasted Oxford coffee, teas, and two handcrafted mugs from a local artist — they're yours to take home as a keepsake.

LIVING AREA
An open-concept living space with plush seating, caramel leather chairs, a smart TV, and our "Welcome to the Sip" sign — a little nod to Mississippi. Pour something, put your feet up, stay a while.

OUTSIDE
The community pool is just steps from the front door — a perfect landing spot after a day at The Square or the Grove. A small charcoal grill is available out back if you'd like to cook out.

Washer and dryer for longer stays, fast Wi-Fi, and free parking near the front entrance.



Most guests drive — campus, The Square, and dining are all within a few minutes. Uber and Lyft are widely available, and on football weekends, the Clutch! shuttle (about a mile away) runs straight to the stadium and back.


Between every stay, the home receives enhanced cleaning and steam-sanitized bedding.

For everyone's safety, one exterior Ring camera (with audio) monitors the front entry area only and is always active. There are no interior cameras.

Packages can't be delivered to the property, and we're unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

A few house notes: no smoking, no pets, and no gatherings of more than 8 guests. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM out of respect for our neighbors.
