The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, a stunning Viking range, and a Keurig Duo coffee maker for both full pots and single cups. Gather around the dining table with seating for four, or enjoy casual meals at the kitchen island with seating for three. Just off the kitchen, you’ll love the enclosed patio that provides the perfect private spot to relax after a Rebel win. Out front, a classic Southern porch swing invites you to sit back and sip sweet tea in true Oxford style.

Upstairs, you’ll find all three bedrooms. The primary king suite is exceptionally spacious, offering a SMART TV, natural light, French doors opening to a private balcony with rocking chairs, and a workstation complete with monitors and a printer. The ensuite bathroom features dual vanities, a walk-in closet, a whirlpool tub, and a separate shower. The second guest suite includes a king bed and an ensuite bath with a shower/tub combo, while the third suite offers a queen bed and its own ensuite with a shower/tub combo. For added convenience, the laundry room with washer and dryer is also located upstairs.

Guests will also appreciate the attached garage, community swimming pool, and the game-day shuttle that runs from Provence Park straight to the Ole Miss campus.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Oxford Vacation Rentals does not allow cancellations for football games (regular season or post-season), concerts, Double Decker, or Ole Miss graduation. For all other dates, a 60-day cancellation policy applies.

RULES:
- Minimum Age: at least one adult over the age of 25 must stay at the property throughout the rental term.
- All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement that will be emailed for electronic signature.
- Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver. In case of damage, notify us with a photo, and we will handle the repair/replacement before the next guest arrives.
- Optional travel insurance is available to protect your vacation investment.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in is not available, but if the property is ready earlier, you will be notified.
- No smoking, vaping, drugs, or firearms are permitted on the property.

Departure instructions:
We don’t believe in long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! All we ask is that you remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This allows our professional housekeeping team to prepare the home for the next guests.

Credit card processing will be handled through Oxford Vacation Rentals. VRBO booking fees are charged separately by their credit card processor.
