Enjoy the service and amenities of a 5-star hotel in a private, modern and bright 3-bedroom villa situated in the luxurious Coral Beach Club at Dawn Beach. The villa has been completely refurbished in 2019, with brand new, high end interior, appliances, kitchen, bathrooms and furniture.

Beautiful views from all rooms and terraces of the beach, ocean and marina, private pool, steps away from top restaurants.

Villa Sea Fan is a modern, 2200+ sq ft (205 m2) home with the upscale finishes that one can expect in this category. Beautiful travertine stone floors throughout. All oversized rooms and terraces overlook the beach and ocean while some have views of the marina. The villa is one of only two freestanding villas in the beach club and is situated just a few steps above the beach.

There is a large living room with adjacent 8-person dining area looking out over the private pool and sliding doors lead to a pool patio with a dining table, loungers and an outdoor shower. A semi-open kitchen has all the high-end appliances to cook gourmet meals.The 2 large bedrooms upstairs have their own terraces, king-size beds and large individual bathrooms (one has a double shower, the other one a single) with generous walk-in closets. The 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor and features a king bed. Private parking in front of the Villa for two cars. As a renter you can also use all amenities of the neighboring Oyster Bay Beach Resort, such as their large pool and fitness center (the Coral Beach Club has its own gym as well).

Beautiful place

This villa has everything to fulfill your expectations. Nice views from every room and a gated neighborhood with direct access to the beach. You can use the facilities of the Oyster bay resort (indeed, this unit is part of), especially useful for Dining and Breakfast. My daughters (both teenagers) loved this villa and enjoy each day we spent in Dawn Beach. Cleaning service for the unit is in a daily basis (thanks Esther!!!) and pool maintenance twice a week. Although the beach was cleaned every two or three days, a more intense work is necessary, especially to remove seeweed. We enjoyed our stay!!!

The villa was just as praised on the website. It was simply beautiful with a marvelous view of the beach. Maia's welcome was so warm and friendly. We really appreciated that the fridge was well stocked.

Amazing view and location

Our trip started with the property manager meeting us at the car rental to take us to the property, which was a nice touch. When we got to the property it was amazing, the view of the beach was spectacular. The property is bright, new and modern. We woke up to the morning sun and sounds of the waves. The property manager ( Maia) was great to deal with, very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this rental for a vacation.

Great rental - rental matched pictures!

Enjoyed our stay very much and also the great support we received from IRE SXM rental agency. They were so helpful to make sure we had a lovely vacation by meeting us at airport to lead us to rental, making reservations for dinner and beach chair rentals as well as shopping recommendations. Having IRE services available allowed to thoroughly enjoy all that the rental and St. Marteen have to offer. The location of the rental is ideal to walk to the beach and wake up every morning to the sound and sight of the ocean.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL Villa and Resort !

Everything about this property is fantastic! The pictures are “accurate” but do not do justice to the spaciousness of the layout and rooms. The location of the Coral Beach Club on Dawn Beach is fantastic, but it is also very close to other great spots like Orient Bay. It is secure by locked gates and manned security. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance and several others a short car ride away. The PRIVATE areas of the house, pool, porch and patios are great for isolated sun bathing. The IRE Team was great to work with
both Maia and Cherise were very attentive. The staff at the resort we very nice and BTW
the housekeeping staff came every day. We are working on a plan to bring another couple or two back with us. The Villa has (3) large bedrooms with en-suite baths that are beautiful. Don’t hesitate on taking advantage of this beautiful space !

Super nice

This is about our 5th time to Coral beach club
 usually we go with friends but this year it was just us. We also usually stay in the beach front units. This year we stayed one row back. The increase in privacy is nice, hard to beat being on the beach though
. IRE was great to work with. Super simple and could not be nicer. This particular unit is relatively new for them so you might find a trivial glitch (like the mirrors are too tall) and they are happy to help.. Would absolutely go back. Ps bedroom set up is two upstairs one down stairs. If someone in your party has issues with stairs they should be good on the first floor. You can even get to the beach without stairs if needed.

Dawn Beach Paradise

Returned to St Maarten after 7 years and have always loved the Coral Beach Club. The villa was wonderful - well appointed, lovely pool, great quiet location on the Island. Property owner very attentive and handled a minor maintenance issue quickly.

Perfection in Oyster Pond, St. Maarten

This is the best location and property on St. Maarten/Martin, period. I’ve rented at least 6 different properties, and this one wins hands down. Size, furnishings, kitchen, bathrooms are all top notch. The view is amazing and the pool is a great place to cool off. Easy walk to a fully equipped gym and beach. The location is convenient to other parts of the island, like Orient Bay, Anse Marcel, Philipsburg and Grand Casse, (you need a car of course) places that should not be missed. I would definitely rent this property again.
