The open style family room is warmed by a gas fireplace and plenty of space for watching the Seahawks on game day or movies on a stormy afternoon. The large dining table is perfect for family meals or puzzles.
The spacious kitchen features open shelving and boasts a gas range for gourmet cooking. The eclectic mix of dishes and silverware adds vintage charm to homecooked meals or take out from the local restaurants. The sun-filled eating nook offers mealtime flexibility.

Sweet Caroline’s third bedroom with queen bed is housed in Surfer Girl, the boho-inspired carriage house apartment with kitchenette steps from the main house. Let the party spill across the yard and into this hip space. The built-in refrigerator has room for all your vacation essentials. Use the hotplate to make breakfast or brew coffee while you enjoy a quiet morning.
