Perched at the end of a peaceful hilltop cul-de-sac, our gorgeously renovated Pacifica Poolside Oasis offers sweeping canyon views from both the pool deck and upper terrace—perfect for a serene coastal retreat just 23 minutes from SFO.

This thoughtfully designed villa is ideal for out-of-town family reunions, small team retreats, or intimate celebrations like elopements and milestone birthdays. With a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and plenty of space to gather and relax, it feels like your own private boutique hotel—just minutes from the beach and all that the Bay Area has to offer.

This is our family home and our neighborhood. We welcome respectful guests seeking connection, calm, and comfort—but please note: this is not a party house or large event venue. Kindly review our house rules carefully before booking.

The Layout
As you enter, you’ll be asked to remove your shoes—something we do to keep the home tidy for all our guests.

Upstairs (Main Level):
   •   Bright, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas
   •   Three bedrooms: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins
   •   Two full bathrooms
   •   Access to the upper deck with gas BBQ grill and outdoor seating for 6-8 guests overlooking the canyon and pool

Downstairs:
   •   Three more rooms: Studio room with smart TV (great for kids), two with 1 Queen bed each
   •   One large full bathroom

The home is equipped with strong mesh WiFi throughout, two smart TVs with live cable (including sports and news), a washer/dryer, and ample towels for your stay. If there’s something specific you need—like a particular channel or a high chair —just ask.

The pool area is locked for safety. Guests will receive access codes after booking and completing our check-in forms and waiver.

Pet-Friendly (with Approval)

We welcome up to two well-behaved, house-trained pets with:
   •   A $100 pet fee per pet
   •   Signed pet agreement
   •   Proof of flea/tick prevention

Pets must not be left unattended inside the home (even in a bathroom). A crate is available for your use—please ask in advance and we’ll set it up.

Important House Rules – No Exceptions

We love hosting, but we’re strict about the following to protect our home and neighbors:
   •   Primary guest must be 30+ years old
   •   No loud music, parties, or unapproved gatherings
   •   Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM (per City of Pacifica ordinance)
   •   Max 4 vehicles per reservation (ask us about overflow options)
   •   Only the number of guests listed may stay overnight
   •   All local visitors must be pre-approved
   •   A signed pool waiver and good neighbor agreement is required before check-in

Pool Safety:
   •   No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk
   •   Children must be actively supervised on the pool deck
   •   No food, glass, diving, or rough play in or around the pool

Exterior security cameras are in place at entry points and pool area for your safety and peace of mind.

We live here with our toddler and have lightly baby-proofed the space. If you’re traveling with children, let us know at booking and we can provide outlet covers, baby gates, pack-n-play, or a high chair upon request.

After booking, you’ll receive a short check-in form where we ask about your guest names and ages, pets, any special celebrations, arrival times, and little details like your preferred coffee and tea creamer. We want your stay to feel thoughtful, seamless, and welcoming.
