This beautiful one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a brand new building also has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as a toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave, and more.
The bedroom has a double bed and connects directly to the patio, offering great natural light.

The bathroom, complete with sanitary ware, sink, and shower, includes a welcome kit (shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion) and towels of various sizes, as well as a convenient washing machine.

**Guest Access**
The apartment is located on the first floor of a completely renovated building (renovation completed in April 2024). You can reach it only by using the building's stairs (there is no elevator).

The entrance to the building is located at Via Locatelli 4.

Instructions on how to reach the location will be provided after booking, along with details for your arrival and check-in.

**Other Things to Keep in Mind**
To access the apartment, you need to climb a flight of stairs (there is no elevator!), and one of the two bedrooms features a French double bed.

**Additional Rules**
We kindly ask that you dispose of your trash on check-out day. There is a collection point 20 meters to the left of the building’s exit.
We also trust your good faith in informing us of any breakages or damages, even accidental, inside the apartment. We check the inventory at every check-out to ensure everything is intact!

Smoking is **STRICTLY** allowed only in the patio, **NOT** inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine, as per VRBO guidelines.

**Additional Requests:**
Our apartment is carefully maintained, and we ask that it be treated with care by guests who appreciate fine things and know how to take care of them. We expect to find the apartment in the same excellent condition in which you found it. Unusual damages or wear will be penalized. Thank you for choosing us.
