The hotel location is excellent but there is limited parking.The staff were friendly and immediately attentive even though they were struggling with recruitment.The room was spotless with lovely touches,White Company toiletries,hand gel and complimentary gin and Sherry.We are now at a more expensive hotel which has not quite achieved the standard set at The Padstow Harbour Hotel.

Such a classy and beautiful hotel. The positioning is perfect for walking into town and enjoying the view across the bay. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The 2 restaurants are both classy and very nice to spend time in looking at the view. Our room was wonderful. We booked a standard room without a view, but we were delighted. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also large, clean and modern. The gin in the room was a wonderful treat. We really enjoyed our stay and would definetly go back when it opens again! Walking distance to some wonderful restaurants. Also we really enjoyed the g&t menu and the special promotion.

Huge room
This hotel was very spacious The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The only negative was that the spa wasn't open even though the literature and he sign on the door of the spa said that it should be.

Hotel in the grand old sense
A rather tired hotel building in the best spot to be in Padstow. The staff and the food more than make up for any deficiencies in the fittings. It is amazing that the lift still functions after all this time.

Location excellent
We ate in the restaurant one night & it was excellent both food & service.
Made my birthday very special by leaving a card & bottle of wine in the room.
Only drawback was the room was rather warm.
