Set inside a fully restored 1800s building in downtown Paducah, this two-bedroom, two-bath retreat blends historic character with a modern, industrial edge. Itâs quiet, intentional, and designed to feel like your own private spaceâwhile still being right in the middle of everything.
The layout comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom offers two queen beds, making it a great fit for families or those traveling together. With two full bathrooms, the space stays functional and easy, even with a full house.
Inside, youâll find polished concrete floors, exposed brick, and original architectural details layered with moody lighting and curated pieces. Nothing feels overdoneâjust clean, cohesive, and thoughtfully put together.
This unit is located on the ground floor with no steps, offering easy access from your private entrance off Broadway, where a small fountain sets the tone as you arrive. Private off-street parking is located directly behind the building, making check-in and daily movement simple.
Youâll have your own private patio along with access to a shared courtyard featuring a gas grill and a custom outdoor ping pong table that doubles as a dining tableâan easy place to relax, eat, or spend time outside.
The building itself just completed a three-year restoration in 2026, part of The Dim Lightâs ongoing work to bring historic downtown spaces back to life with a distinct, modern approach.
