As you enter the Main house, you’ll be greeted with a sense of HOME and COMFORT. We invite you to embrace your vacation fully and leave the chores behind. It is designed to help you spend quality time with your family and friends, and make it challenging for you to slip back into your everyday life. Recharge by connecting with yourself, your people, and the nature surrounding you. Walk to the end of the cul-de-sac and watch the soft glow of sunrise. Take a book and read it outside in the backyard, breathing in the fresh air. Watch your kids and dogs run around and play in the large, fully fenced in backyard. At night, gather around the warmth of the fire pit and share your favorite moments of the day. Look up at the starry sky. Milky Way is easy to see on a clear night.


MAIN HOUSE

Walking through the front door, you’ll enter the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area with a view of the large backyard. This common space is where families and groups can enjoy each other while getting ready to start their day or winding down from one. In the living room, there are 2 comfortable leather couches, 55” Roku TV, couple of board games to pass the time and a Visitor's book. Dining area has a custom Lake Powell mural and a bar height dining table which seats 4 and can extend to seat 6. There are 4 seats at the large kitchen peninsula.

In the kitchen, start your morning at the coffee bar with a variety of coffee brews, teas, and hot chocolate. Need a quick bite? Toast a bagel, then head out for adventure. We'd like to invite you to take a break from cooking and embrace your vacation fully by dining out or ordering in from nearby eateries. If you order too much, there's a full size fridge to store all your leftovers and a microwave to quickly heat them up again. If the idea of cooking crosses your mind, blend up a cocktail with our ‘fancy bar utensils’ and soak in the vacation vibes. For those who absolutely insist on cooking (we tried!), we’ve got you covered with basic utensils, pots, pans, a Crockpot, and even a spice collection. There's also a propane grill on the back patio. Enjoy the sizzle, grill and chill.

The laundry room, located just off the kitchen, is always open for easy access and improved airflow for the HVAC system. All the cabinets are used for storage and are locked. For spills and little messes, feel free to use the mop and bucket, or the broom and dustpan. Page is a desert town prone to dust, especially with frequent wind storms passing through. That’s why we placed a Tikom robot vacuum cleaner just under the shoe rack. One of the only ‘chores’ we envision you doing is pressing the power button on and letting it take care of the rest.

Speaking of relaxing common areas, through the sliding glass door, you’ll find a large, fully fenced backyard, perfect for your kids and pets to run around and play. There’s a grill and a high-top table for 4 under the shade sail as you step outside. The sectional for 8 sits on one of the concrete pads. A fire pit with seating for 10 is located in another part of the yard. There's a fire blanket nearby, while fire extinguisher is in the kitchen, in case of emergency. Next to the shed, you’ll find a storage bin with backyard games for hours of fun and entertainment. Adults and older kids will enjoy corn hole, plastic axe throw, a foldable dart board, and bucket golf, while younger kids can play with a big ball to kick, roll, and throw around the yard. Our toddler son also enjoys tossing the corn hole bean bags.

Continuing with the vacation mantra and with sustainability in mind, we chose artificial turf to maintain an evergreen, pleasant environment year-round. For the same reasons, we also placed solar lights wherever possible. These lights are softer than regular ones, reducing light pollution and allowing you to enjoy the breathtaking view of the stars. If you’re like us and live in an urban area, you’ll be amazed by the star-filled skies. The Milky Way is easy to see on a clear night

When you're ready to rest, after a full day of adventures, there are plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations.

The spacious Master Bedroom #1 comfortably sleeps 4, featuring a King bed with memory foam mattress and a leather pull-out sleeper couch with a short Queen memory foam topper. For families with infants, there's a perfect nook to place a pack-n-play ( please bring your own ). Blackout roman shades let you sleep in the morning. For light sleepers we have sleep sound machine. In the walk-in closet, you'll find everything needed for the sleeper couch, neatly stored in a clear, labeled bag, along with a Queen air mattress and its accompanying linens in another labeled storage bag. Included is a 55" Roku TV. The en suite bathroom features a sleek quartz vanity with dual sinks and a spacious shower, with handheld showerhead, offering both convenience and luxury. A large storage cabinet is reserved for personal items and supplies, so its doors remain locked.

Bedroom #2 comfortably sleeps 2 with a King bed featuring memory foam mattress, 55" Roku TV, closet with plenty of hangers and blackout thermal curtains. For light sleepers there's a sleep sound machine. The room is spacious enough to accommodate the air mattress in the open corner, though some (like us) may prefer setting it up in the living room behind the couch. If placing the air mattress in this bedroom, please ensure the floor vent remains unobstructed for proper airflow.

Bedroom #3 comfortably sleeps 2 with a Queen bed with memory foam mattress and thoughtful amenities. A stunning Horseshoe Bend mural creates a beautiful backdrop that brings the spirit of the Southwest indoors. We've also included blackout thermal curtains and a sleep sound machine. A desk with a chair and lamp create a private work space.

Guests in Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a nearby hallway bathroom, featuring a single sink vanity and a tub/shower combo with hand held showerhead for added convenience.


GUEST HOUSE

Walk around the corner towards the 2 car driveway and you'll find a side gate leading to another private, evergreen, fully fenced backyard. As evening falls, imagine relaxing by this firepit with a glass of wine or hot chocolate, surrounded by the soft glow of more solar lights.

Then, step inside, where you’ll find all the basic conveniences of today’s life. Kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee & tea bar with K cup maker. Cozy eat in area for a quick bite. Living space where you can curl up with a book or a loved one, watch your favorite show on 50" Hisense smart TV, play cards or a board game and enjoy togetherness in the intimate ambience created by the flickering glow and crackling of the electric fireplace.

When you're ready to rest, the King bed with a memory foam mattress offers the perfect balance of comfort and support for a restful night’s sleep. For TV lovers, the bedroom features another 50" Hisense Smart TV so you can unwind before bed. The living room couch easily converts into an additional sleeping area. All the linens for the couch are conveniently stored in the chaise portion, which lifts open for easy access.

The guesthouse features a full bathroom with a sleek quartz vanity and a tub/shower combo, providing both style and functionality for your stay.


RV / DRY CAMPSITE

This area is accessible through a rolling gate near the guesthouse side gate. Outside the gate, there’s a driveway with parking for one vehicle, while inside, a 28' RV pad provides off-street boat parking. Please note that there are no RV hookups. For a touch of adventure, you and your kids can pitch a tent ( must bring your own ) in the dirt, perfect for testing your camping skills. The fully fenced in space includes another wood fire pit with a storage bench containing two extra camping chairs and a fire blanket for emergencies. Additional solar lights enhance the relaxing atmosphere.
