Pulling up to the house, look down the cul-de-sac ( if you're an early riser, walk there in the morning to watch the sunrise ), inhale, take in the vast desert landscape, park in the driveway.

Exhale, open the side gate and enter your private, evergreen, fully fenced in backyard. Your vacation begins. Imagine your kids and dogs running around and playing here, while you unwind after a day of exploring. Imagine spending a romantic evening with a glass of wine or hot chocolate, by the firepit, with soft solar lights providing a relaxing atmosphere. On a clear night look up to see a starry sky. Milky Way is easy to see.

Then, step inside your new home, where you’ll find all the basic conveniences of today’s life. Kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and K cup maker for your morning coffee or evening hot chocolate. We provide variety of coffee brews, teas, hot chocolate and creamers. Cozy eat in area for a quick bite. Living space where you can curl up with a book or a loved one, watch your favorite show on 50" Hisense smart TV, play cards or a board game and enjoy togetherness in the intimate ambience created by the flickering glow and crackling of the electric fireplace.

When you’re ready to rest, the king bed with 10" memory foam mattress lets you sink in and contours to your body, yet provides support for a good night's sleep. There's another 50" Hisense Smart TV in the bedroom if you like falling asleep with a TV on. Couch in the living room can easily be transformed into additional sleeping area. All the linens needed are in the chaise portion of the couch which lifts up to open.

Please review our House and Pet Rules below prior to making a reservation. BY making a reservation you, and all participants agree to abide by these rules.

Check in is any time after 4PM
Check out is before 10AM
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM.

During this time, no unauthorized guests or pets are allowed on the property. Please review your reservation to ensure all guests and pets staying on the property are accurately listed. Any additions must be made, and any applicable guest or pet fees paid, before check-in. Additional guest fees are charged per guest, per night. Additional pet fees are charged per stay.

We understand the significance of pets and service animals, and are committed to providing a welcoming and accommodating environment for all our guests, including those with pets and service animals. To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests, please adhere to the following :

1. Advance notice - kindly notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet or service animal. This allows us to make any necessary preparations. It is also required by our insurance carrier to have a record of all dogs staying on property. There's a pet fee, assessed per stay, when making the reservation. You will be fined $150 per pet for any unauthorized and/or unregistered pets.

2. Animal behavior - your pet or service animal should be well behaved and non destructive. Please ensure that your animal is calm and does not cause any disturbances. Animals are not allowed on any furniture, indoors or outdoors. Your animal shall not be left unattended on premises without prior written approval. If approved, your animal shall be left indoors, in a crate/kennel ( must bring your own suitable size crate, we only provide medium size ) away from anything and everything they could cause damage to.

3. Cleaning - You're responsible for cleaning up after your animal and keeping premises in sanitary conditions. We do not provide any poop bags or scoopers. We provide spray bottle with Odoban in it to maintain sanitary and pleasant environment for all our guests. Please use it to spray the area where your pet relieved itself on the turf. You can find it in the lower kitchenette cabinet. Any additional cleaning or repair costs resulting from your animal's actions will be solely your responsibility.

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these rules.

Backyard gate is to be always closed upon entering or exiting. Any damage caused to the gate or fence resulting from leaving it open, will be your responsibility.

Smart TVs are provided for your convenience. By using your personal credentials for logging in to the individual preloaded apps you agree to not hold the host responsible for any additional charges to your accounts resulting from forgetting to log out upon your check out.

Tampering with or unplugging any of the exterior security cameras, Wifi router, leak detection sensors, open door sensor and alarm, X Sense or Sifely Hubs, is grounds for immediate cancelation of the reservation without refund.

Guests acknowledge and understand that desert is home to critters, such as, but not limited to, rodents, lizards, spiders, scorpions, snakes, ants and flying and crawling insects. We are contracted with a pest control company for scheduled treatments, however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in or around the property. The presence of any such critters does not entitle the guest to a refund. To help with this matter, please keep exterior doors closed at all times. Windows can be open if you'd like, all windows have screens on them.

There are sensors on both, the blue exterior door and white unit entrance door, which record the time when, and the length of, for which the doors were left open. There's also alarm, which will sound, if doors are left open too long and until closed. To prevent pests from entering the property and to help keep the place comfortable throughout your stay, keep the doors properly closed at all times ( unless leaving or entering ). This helps to prevent the AC unit from overworking and helps maintain a comfortable temperature for everyone. If the sensor records any door open for longer than 10 minutes, first occurrence, there will be a courtesy warning, through the app, text and/or phone call. Second occurrence, there will be a second warning and $100 fee will be assessed. Third occurrence is grounds for immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund and an additional $100 fee.

Unauthorized late check out has a $200 late check out fee. If unauthorized check out is more than 2 hours pass the check out time, you'll be responsible for that day's base rate on top of the late check out fee. If your unauthorized late check out causes refunds to be paid to the next guest, you will also be responsible to reimburse those refunds. If you’d like to arrange an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance. The first hour (schedule permitting) is complimentary. Additional time beyond one hour is available at additional charge, based on availability.

We do not permit any third party Services or Experiences of any kind at this property. Any guest who attempts to host or bring any Service or Experience onto the premises without our prior written approval will have their reservation cancelled immediately with no refund issued.

By booking this property, or by being one of the guests participating in a confirmed reservation on this property, you agree to hold the owner(s), operator(s), and cohost harmless from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, lawsuits, damage and/or injury, of any kind whatsoever. This indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines, judgements, awards, decrees, attorneys' fees, and related costs or expenses. By participating in a confirmed reservation, all guests understand that they have permission to use the property and all its amenities, during the specified time period, at their own risk.

This is a cute quiet separate lodging space from the property owners space with a nice little courtyard with fire pit and nice patio furniture. Close to Antelope Canton. The bed was comfortable. The bedding was very hot silky lower quality feeling material. 2 split A/C units. Plenty of coffee hot chocolate and tea. Simple kitchenette with dishes & without stove, sink, or dishwasher. Dishes must be washed before leaving and must be washed in bathroom sink. This felt very insanitary.

Great location and very clean accommodation. Easy check in. Couch sleeping conversion a bit tricky to get to pop up, but a helpful second sleeping area. Fridge, microwave, toaster along with a not that great Kcup coffee maker. Kitchenette does not have separate sink and must use bathroom, so if that bothers you, take note. Wonderful private side yard great for kids, pets, and enjoying the AZ sun.

This location is 5 stars. Spacious, clean, and lovely - it had everything we needed. A very nice outdoor area. Host was super responsive. Located in a lovely neighborhood so morning walks were nice. Within 1-2 miles of restaurants and shopping. Also close to Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. We would stay here again.

Perfect Again!

We stayed here with our dogs on the way to a holiday vacation and again on the way back. It was perfect for us and the dog yard is unbelievable. One of my dogs is very shy about going potty in public, but this is so private he had no problems. Only reason for 4 stars on check in was because it was not ready at 4pm on our way back home. We simply grabbed dinner and afterward it was ready. Hope we can come back again!
