Pulling up to the house, look down the cul-de-sac ( if you're an early riser, walk there in the morning to watch the sunrise ), inhale, take in the vast desert landscape, park in the driveway.
Exhale, open the side gate and enter your private, evergreen, fully fenced in backyard. Your vacation begins. Imagine your kids and dogs running around and playing here, while you unwind after a day of exploring. Imagine spending a romantic evening with a glass of wine or hot chocolate, by the firepit, with soft solar lights providing a relaxing atmosphere. On a clear night look up to see a starry sky. Milky Way is easy to see.
Then, step inside your new home, where you’ll find all the basic conveniences of today’s life. Kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and K cup maker for your morning coffee or evening hot chocolate. We provide variety of coffee brews, teas, hot chocolate and creamers. Cozy eat in area for a quick bite. Living space where you can curl up with a book or a loved one, watch your favorite show on 50" Hisense smart TV, play cards or a board game and enjoy togetherness in the intimate ambience created by the flickering glow and crackling of the electric fireplace.
When you’re ready to rest, the king bed with 10" memory foam mattress lets you sink in and contours to your body, yet provides support for a good night's sleep. There's another 50" Hisense Smart TV in the bedroom if you like falling asleep with a TV on. Couch in the living room can easily be transformed into additional sleeping area. All the linens needed are in the chaise portion of the couch which lifts up to open.

- No "laundry list" of chores prior to check out. We expect you to leave the property in orderly manner, but leave the cleaning to us.
- We offer complimentary 1 hour early check ins and 1 hour late check outs, with prior authorization, whenever schedule allows. Extended early check ins and late check outs, if schedule allows, are available at additional fee.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM.
During this time, no unauthorized guests or pets are allowed on the property. Please review your reservation to ensure all guests and pets staying on the property are accurately listed.
Any additions must be made — and any applicable guest or pet fees paid — before check-in. Additional guest fees are charged per guest, per night. Additional pet fees are charged per pet, per stay.
We understand the significance of pets and service animals, and are committed to providing a welcoming and accommodating environment for all our guests, including those with pets and service animals. To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests, please adhere to the following :
1. Advance notice - kindly notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet or service animal. This allows us to make any necessary preparations. It is also required by our insurance carrier to have a record of all dogs staying on property. There's a pet fee, assessed per stay, when making the reservation. You will be fined $150 per pet for any unauthorized and/or unregistered pets.
2. Animal behavior - your pet or service animal should be well behaved and non destructive. Please ensure that your animal is calm and does not cause any disturbances. Animals are not allowed on any furniture, indoors or outdoors. Your animal shall not be left unattended on premises without prior written approval. If approved, your animal shall be left indoors, in a crate/kennel ( must bring your own suitable size crate, we only provide medium size ) away from anything and everything they could cause damage to.
3. Cleaning - You're responsible for cleaning up after your animal and keeping premises in sanitary conditions. We do not provide any poop bags or scoopers. We provide spray bottle with Odoban in it to maintain sanitary and pleasant environment for all our guests. Please use it to spray the area where your pet relieved itself on the turf. You can find it in the lower kitchenette cabinet. Any additional cleaning or repair costs resulting from your animal's actions will be solely your responsibility.
4. We are happy to host you and your Service Animals. Please specify if you're bringing a Service animal or Emotional support animal. ADA allows us to ask these 2 questions regarding your Service animal.

What work or task has the Service animal been trained to perform?
We have additional strict guidelines for those who wish to bring their Service Animals. A Service animal staying on our property is NOT allowed to be left in the home alone at any time during your stay. This means not even left alone in a crate. You must take the animal with you anytime you leave the house. The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by a Service Animal. You and your Service Animal will be asked to leave if we discover misrepresentation of a pet or an Emotional support animal as a Service Animal. We will report fraudulent claims of Service Animals to government authorities and will evict the guest(s) without further notice in such cases. If this occurs, there will be no right to a refund.
We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these rules.
Smart TVs are provided for your convenience. By using your personal credentials for logging in to the individual preloaded apps you agree to not hold the host responsible for any additional charges to your accounts resulting from forgetting to log out upon your check out.
Tampering with or unplugging any of the exterior security cameras, Wifi router, leak detection sensors, open door sensor and alarm, X Sense or Sifely Hubs, is grounds for immediate cancelation of the reservation without refund.
Guests acknowledge and understand that desert is home to critters, such as, but not limited to, rodents, lizards, spiders, scorpions, snakes, ants and flying and crawling insects. We are contracted with a pest control company for scheduled treatments, however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in or around the property. The presence of any such critters does not entitle the guest to a refund. To help with this matter, please keep exterior doors closed at all times. Windows can be open if you'd like, all windows have screens on them.
If you’d like to arrange an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance. The first hour (schedule permitting) is complimentary. Additional time beyond one hour is available at additional charge, based on availability.
By booking this property, or by being one of the guests participating in a confirmed reservation on this property, you agree to hold the owner(s), operator(s), and cohost harmless from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, lawsuits, damage and/or injury, of any kind whatsoever. This indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines, judgements, awards, decrees, attorneys' fees, and related costs or expenses. By participating in a confirmed reservation, all guests understand that they have permission to use the property and all its amenities, during the specified time period, at their own risk.
