This property is surrounded by lush national forest lands, granting easy access to numerous hiking trails, waterfalls, and abundant wildlife. The Pagosa Lakes area offers guests access to five private, well-stocked lakes for trout, bass, and perch fishing, while the Wolf Creek Ski Area, with almost 80 runs for skiers and snowboarders, is just 30 miles away. This home is also only six miles from the heart of downtown for shopping, dining, and the world-famous hot springs, all right alongside the beautiful San Juan River.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.
A portable air-conditioning unit is available.
Use of the pool and recreation center is available for a fee.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
