Overlook the San Juan River. Views of Pagosa Peak! Secluded

Wonderful mountain cabin located not far from town overlooking the San Juan River and with great views of the mountains. This home is secluded and you don't feel like you have neighbors. We do recommend 4WD for reservations in winter.

This home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. As you walk in the cabin, you'll realize you chose the right home for your vacation. The living room has full height windows to enjoy the views, a gas fireplace, Smart TV and walk out to the decks and gazebo to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks. The dining are is in the living room and the raised kitchen overlooks the whole room. The kitchen is large and has everything you need to make your favorite meals.

Down the hall from the kitchen is the laundry room, half bath and then the master king bedroom with TV and private bathroom with views too.

Upstairs from the living room is a spacious loft for kids to play, relax or watch the TV with DVD player. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs that each have a queen bed and that share a full bath. One of the bedrooms has a private balcony with fantastic views.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.
There is plenty of parking space for 3 cars.

This home does not allow pets.
This home does not have AC

Important note: The back deck is spacious and safe, but the property around the deck has steep areas.
