This unit is located in the highest part of the residential complex Porto Mannu, excellent design, consists of a spacious living room with air conditioning system, sofa double bed, dining area and kitchenette with gas stove and fridge. The sleeping area has a double bedroom with large wardrobe and access to back court, an extra area with a single bed and small wardrobe and bathroom with shower and washing machine. There’s a spacious covered patio in front, fully equipped with a great view on the sea and garden. The outdoor part is the strong point of the property: amazing view on the bay of Porto Mannu and the beautiful beach. Parking space area is reserved next to the apartment.

To know:
- €300,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
- €20,00 per person for the possible rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported at the time of booking);
- €50,00 extra per pet in cash (to be reported at the time of booking);
- €5,00 extra per day for the use of air conditioning;
- €3,00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.
