Wonderful property right in the center of the very charming village of Palazzolo Acreide, which since 2002 is in the list of The World Heritage. Originally was an antique mansion the property has a private garden of 250 meters fenced by the original high stone walls, and on its inside there is also an original well for collect rain water, partially paved and part with grass three and flowers, the property also feature a Not fenced Pool 7,5 x 2,5mt, depth 1,48mt – salt water, perfect for refresh during the hot summer Sicilian Days! Around the pool there are sun beds and tables, the tables can be joined together to create a large outdoor dining table.
being at this wonderful villa guests will have the facility of walking to any services needed such as cafes, restaurant and local grocery with real local products!
The property was recently restored and owner was very careful to keep and respect the antique local traditions mixing them with some modern appliances in order to provide guest a high standard comfort.

The property has two access the first is on the back of the villa which is also reachable by car and lead to the kitchen, the second is on the front part of the property, guests need to climb about 20 steps to reach it from the parking area, so probably better use the back entrance especially when arrive by car. Also, being on one floor makes the villa a good one for people that have walking difficulties.
The kitchen is fully equipped with (oven, microwave, toaster, gas stove, dishwasher, Illy coffee machine, fridge), the large living and dining room features sofas and wooden table which can be extendible to become big enough for 12 people.

The first suite is about 35 sqm and feature a double bed 140x200; this suite has also a loft with a second double bed 180x200 and a cozy terrace of abut 15 sqm. Equipped with table and chairs, a bathroom with chromo-therapy and hydro massage shower
The second suite is about 25 sqm. Double bed 200x200 cm, private bathroom with shower and a stone bath tub, the room as external area in the garden equipped with table and chairs.
the third suite is 20 sqm. A double bed (180x200 cm) private bathroom with shower, it si also possible to add an extra sofa for 1 person upon request and with an extra charge

Each of the 3 bedrooms is soundproof (new windows with the most recent technology), equipped with AC, desk, flat screen TV (with SAT), sitting area, Illy coffee machine, tea pot, fridge (with free bottles of water) and with en-suite bathroom.
All the bathrooms are en-suite and with a wide chromo-therapy and hydro-massage showers (shower size: 1,40 – 1,60mt), bathrobe, slipper, hair-dryer and courtesy set by Ferragamo.

In the old town for example is possible to participate at the San Paolo celebration in June 29 or at San Sebastiano in August 10, with historic procession during these days, celebration fireworks, a unique experience to live!
Or at the end of July the great food and wine event Vicoli e Sapori, the old town full of typical local products which are offered by the restaurants.
During Xmas time (along December and January) the town is full of street markets and living nativity scenes; in the central square, there’s also an ice skating rink and various big tents where music parties take place.

Check-In time is from 15:00; Checkout is by 10:00.
Upon request and approval of the owner a late arrival is possible between 7:00PM and 9:00PM at the extra charge of Euro 50,00

Security deposit (refundable):
Euro 500,00 will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at the time of departure less any charges in case of damages.
If the house rules will be ignored, some penalties will be applied according to the specific cases.
