Verbesserungswürdig: Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
The property has so much potential. The common areas are very quaint and nice. The entrance and courtyard are very cool. The resident cats are fun as well. The staff was friendly. The location was great, near to restaurants and a nice walk to the central plaza. But the room we were in was a totally different story.
The bed line and towels are grey rather than white There was a sticky substance around the wall and sink joint that was collecting mosquitos. There was one outlet for charging if I don’t count the one behind the tv, which we ended up moving the tv to utilize. There was not an outlet near the bathroom sink for hairdryer or shaver, and no mirror in the bedroom near the one outlet. The curtains and shower curtain need good cleanings.
The floor and surfaces were clean but these other details in room 303 left me feeling disappointed. The property has a 9.6 rating which is why I selected it. I cannot understand these ratings.
The bed was comfortable as were the pillows, while that is very important, we would not stay here again.
