Catch some sun, catch some waves, and catch some vibes in your 4 BR/2.5 BA , fully furnished in tropical whimsy and complete with an outdoor tiki bar escape, outdoor lounge area and grill, complimentary bikes + beach gear, fully equipped kitchen, and more!

You'll be within minutes to the most beautiful beaches and the inter-coastal waterway - and within walking distance to high-end shopping, restaurants, and Whole Foods!

—THE SPACE—
Kokomo has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Each bedroom has been designed with its own beachy vibes - check out the listing photos for unique details and sleeping arrangements for each room!

All linens are provided (sheets & towels)

—THE TIKI BAR—
The backyard is going to quickly become a favorite gathering spot during your getaway! Enjoy a tropical cocktail or a beer at the Tiki Bar, sip your morning coffee nestled in the palm trees, or play a round of cornhole after grilling out some burgers on the gas grill. Enjoy the patio lounge furniture with a fire table and 4 cabana loungers.

—THE KITCHEN—
Kokomo comes equipped with: blender, toaster, microwave, oven, stovetop, 12-cup coffee maker, Keurig, waffle maker, full set of cookware, dishware and drinkware for 12, and much more! Please don’t hesitate to reach out and inquire as to a specific kitchen need.

Game night anyone? Find several games for all ages in our growing board game collection - and don’t forget to run your fingers through our growing vinyl collection and sing along or dance to some songs from the 1920s - now!

—COMPLIMENTARY BEACH GEAR—
Leave behind your beach equipment! The cabana has everything you need for your beach day. You’ll have access to: (4) bicycles (adult sizes: 2 small/medium, 2 large), (4 or more) beach chairs, a beach bag, beach towels, an insulated cooler, (2) beach umbrellas, and a beach caddy (that doubles as a beach lounger!) to haul all of your gear.

—SCOOTER RENTAL ADD-ON—
We are happy to offer our guests a scooter rental option!

Rental includes:
- Unlimited use of (2) electric scooters; Max speed 20mph; Max distance 50 miles; See the scooter photos in the listing!

Pricing (Based on length of stay):
2-3 nights: $50/night
4-6 nights: $40/night
7+ nights: $35/night

Additional Details:
- Rental pricing is strictly based on length of stay. No exceptions.
- Waivers must be signed for ALL RIDERS.
- Rental reservation must be made at least 48 hours PRIOR to check-in date.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in, otherwise no refund will be given.

—OTHER THINGS TO NOTE—

We love sharing our little slice of Florida paradise with fellow travelers! This is our family's winter home, and we expect that our guests will treat it as such. :-)

PETS
We welcome dogs who are FULLY potty-trained and under 30 lbs. (Max 2 dogs) We MUST be informed if there will be a pet on your reservation. There is an additional charge of $35 per pet, per reservation. You MUST notify us of pets when you make your reservation. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fee.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are 10pm - 9am. Please be respectful of neighbors. PLEASE NO loud music or noise between quiet hours.

SHOES
No sandy or muddy shoes in the house, please! :-) There is a hose by the front door to wash off sand after your beach day.

NO PARTIES OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS
No parties or events allowed without prior consent from hosts. NO EXCEPTIONS. If any unauthorized event takes place, your reservation will be immediately canceled. Additionally, guests not on the reservation will not be permitted overnight without prior approval.

PAPER PRODUCTS:
During your stay at Kokomo, you will be provided with a starting supply of paper towels and toilet paper. Anything beyond this will need to be purchased by the guest at a local store.
