The fully equipped kitchen and tastefully appointed bathrooms are perfect for your home-away-from-home stay, long or short. A dedicated workspace in the second bedroom with desk, wireless printer, and high-speed Wi-Fi provides for your remote working needs. Dog friendly (less than 25lbs). Very close to one of the two community pools.

Where you will sleep:
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Golf Villa, furnished to sleep 4 plus 1 infant. If you are traveling with an infant, a Pack n Play travel crib is available if requested at time of booking.

Primary Suite:
A King size bed in a contemporary style. A beautiful barn door opens up to the Primary bathroom with a walk-in shower with beautiful porcelain tile. French doors open to an over-sized walk-in closet with ample storage space to accommodate any long-term stay.
An oversized swivel chair and Smart TV complete the suite.

Guest Bedroom
A queen bed in the guest bedroom and the split bedroom floor plan allows for 2 adult couples to comfortably enjoy this Golf Villa. The room is decorated with original artwork, designer area rug, and accent chair. A desk provides a dedicated workspace away from main living area.
Walk in closet provides ample storage.

Guest Bathroom:
Shower/tub combination with porcelain wall tile the same as Primary bathroom.
Large vanity with quartz countertop and ample storage.
Linen closet.

Kitchen:
Stunning new quartz kitchen countertop with a new stainless-steel sink and faucet.
Beautiful new light pendants over the kitchen counter. The kitchen counter accommodates bar stool seating, creating an open social space to enjoy.
Kitchen fully equipped with all necessities for a long-term stay.

Indoor/Outdoor Living & Dining:
The spacious & bright open plan living and dining areas include 2 dining options! Enjoy the indoor dining area with dining for 6 or opt for smaller outdoor patio dining for 2. The large wrap around patio, being fully screened-in, makes it comfortable to enjoy at anytime of the day.

Take the indoors outside to relax in serene and tranquil tree-lined surroundings as you wake-up with morning coffee or wind down sipping wine. Additional outdoor furnishings include conversational seating for 4 and 2 lounging chairs with ottomans.

This is a second floor unit.
One pet allowed, not to exceed 25 lbs. Pet fee applies.
This unit does NOT come with golf privileges to the PGA National courses.
Tenant will pay a 13% tax on any lease terms that are less than 6 months and a day. This is included in the total booking price on Vrbo.
Please note that the Golf Villa community prohibits trucks or commercial vehicles, pick-up trucks, campers, mobile homes, motor homes, boats, motorcycles, house trailers, boat trailers, or trailers of any other description from being parked anywhere on the premises.

Wow. My family and I just left this amazing condo. To say we are so sad is an understatement! The place was beautiful, safe, quiet! Everyone in the complex is friendly as well so I felt super comfortable!

This is a great condo in PGA national. Close to one of the pools, walking distance to a playground. And the condo itself is great. Spacious living space and bedrooms/bathrooms. Everything you need in one place.

5* all the way. This is the best rental we have stayed in. It is within walking distance of the PGA golf but just as good for non-golfers. The area is beautiful and feels very safe. Everything in the apartment was just perfect with good quality bed linens and towels and a lovely balcony to sit on. The hosts have thought of everything and were so helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.
