GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home, heated
pool, private dock, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, game room, all
outdoor areas, and complimentary beach supplies. Smart-lock
keyless entry for seamless, hassle-free check-in — no key
pickup needed.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We give our guests full privacy to relax and enjoy the home at
their own pace. We are always available by message for anything
you need — and you can count on a fast response any time.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking indoors — $500 fine
No parties or unregistered guests — $500 fine
Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM
Primary renter must be 25 or older and present
Pets welcome with approval — no cats — $250 fine for damage,
mess or unannounced pets
Keep doors and windows closed while AC is running
Do not tamper with exterior cameras — $500 fine
Please take trash out per the schedule provided before check-in
Clean BBQ and outdoor areas after use
Excessive trash at checkout may incur an additional fee
Taking care of this home means the next family who walks through
the door gets the same amazing experience you did — and that is
something we are truly grateful for.

POOL HEATING
Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee and
must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in.
Please note that while the heater works to raise water temperature
by 8 to 12 degrees Fahrenheit, we cannot guarantee a specific pool
temperature as performance depends on outdoor conditions. On colder
nights below 45 degrees Fahrenheit, the heater may struggle to
maintain warm temperatures.
Pool heating is strongly recommended October through April. May
through September the pool naturally retains heat without
assistance.
