Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the private heated saltwater pool, spacious backyard, and outdoor dining area. The fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room, and comfortable family room are yours to enjoy, making it easy to cook, dine, and relax.

The game room in the garage is also available for guest use, featuring ping pong, foosball, a convertible billiards/card table, and an arcade machine with 600+ games.

Parking is free and available on-site with a large driveway that can accommodate multiple vehicles.

Guests will also have access to nearby walking and biking trails, golf courses, and the beautiful beaches of Palm Coast, just a short drive away.

Other Things to Note:
The washer and dryer are available for your use free of charge. Fast-speed Wi-Fi is perfect for streaming your favorite movies or working while on vacation. The pool heater is $287 for 7 days or less or $200 weekly for a multiple-week stay. Pets are welcome at $100 per pet per stay. Both pool heater and pets can be added once a reservation is made through our welcome link. No trailer parking on the driveway for longer than 3 days. 4 Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach/pool towels will be provided.
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions.
- Pet fee is $100 per pet per stay.
- Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi-week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
- If you plan to bring a trailer or RV, we do offer secure off-site parking approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit. If you’d like to reserve a space, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can add it to your reservation and provide you with the access code.
