Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (8) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Any evidence will incur a $500 fee.

Pets: Must be current on vaccinations and flea & tick treatment. When left alone, the must be crated.

Parking: Per City code, vehicles must be parked in the driveway or garage, no parking on lawns, sidewalks, streets, or swales, no overnight commercial vehicles, and no trailers. Trailers can receive an exemption, but management must be notified for approval.



IMPORTANT & REQUIRED: After booking you will be asked to complete guest verification through a trusted third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Lovely Home

Blue Haven is a lovely home with lots of room for a family. It was too cold to take advantage of the pool but we were able to sit outside in the area protected by the wind near the dock. There are lots of places to walk and hike within a short drive. The house is clean and well appointed with the basics. This house is also dog friendly.

Had a wonderful stay! House was clean and as expected. Caught lots of catfish in the canal off the dock and even some other different fish as well. Kids loved the pool! House is very spacious and had everything we would need plus some! Would definitely recommend this house and would stay again in the future.

Family spring break

We enjoyed our stay in Palm Coast. The house was perfect for our needs with plenty of room to relax. It was cleaned and ready for us when we arrived. The pool was great. The Dock on the canal was a great place to sit and enjoy the outside. We even saw a couple Dolphins swimming by.

Very comfortable clean home. Everyone had their space since the home has many rooms and areas. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home with their own bath which was a plus. We loved the pool and patio and the access to the canal. We were thrilled with all of the birds, fish and dolphins that we saw. The home is in a really nice quiet neighborhood that is perfectly located. Close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants amazing parks and shopping. Our only disappointments were that the pool heater wasn’t working (the owners are working on fixing it) and the frying pans were small for a group and in rough shape, but in no way reflects badly on the home. We would definitely stay here again. We absolutely loved it!

Great vacation

Had a great vacation with our 4 kids. House is a little older in style and furniture but, still very clean and fun. We fished on the canal the whole trip and went to flagler beach to go to to dinner many times. Caught a ton of fish using shrimp. Renters were very quick to reapond

This house is amazing! If you are on the fence about renting it, go ahead and rent it, you will not regret it! The house has space to spread out and is fully equipped. This was the perfect space for my family to get together. The pool is perfect and has a deep end! The views are amazing! The property managers are top notch and communicate within minutes. 5+ stars and we will stay here again! Thank you for opening your home up and allowing us to stay here.

Family vacation

The house was well appointed with all necessities. The layout of the home made it comfortable for a multi-generational vacation.We misread the posting and didn't request the pool to be heated, as it turns out the heater was in need of repair. The pool was cooler so unfortunately we didn't get the use out of it . Other than this inconvenience we had a pleasurable vacation.

This is a beautiful and spacious home located in a quiet subdivision. The furnishings are comfortable. The pool, and dock are fantastic! The showers are great, as are the sinks. The appliances are up-to-date. Access to Shopping is within 3 miles. The beach is a little bit of a trek and beach access in this part of Florida is limited. We were able to visit Saint Augustine and Daytona Beach while here, and that was fun! The only suggestion I would make is to update the bed linens. All in all, it was outstanding and affordably priced.

Very Nice Home with Pool and Canal

Our family stayed at this property recently and found it to be very comfortable. This is a very large home with lots of living space, a nice size kitchen, tiki bar enclosed patio section, a massive living room and dining room area. The master bedroom was again huge with a very large master bath. The guest bedroom was also very nice sized and the "Kids Bedroom" was perfect for out 3 grand children. Everyone was happy with their spaces. We were also able to use one half of the garage so that at least one car could be covered in the heat. There were a few minor issues that were quickly dealt with by the local property manager, for which we were greatfull. All in all we would highly recommend this property.
