Under the staircase is a kid-friendly reading nook, affectionately called the “Harry Potter Room.” Take a book from the nearby shelf and curl up with a hot chocolate -- this cozy area has bean-bag seating for two.

Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy breakfast at the large peninsula countertop with seating for five. A long table behind the sofa has additional bar seating for three, and the dining table is set for six.

Downstairs, the wet bar has a full-size fridge, sink, and cupboards stocked with plasticware -- ideal for game room activities.
