Spend your evenings unwinding under a canopy of stars in your private spa or one of the serene community hot tubs. For nature enthusiasts, enjoy a scenic private mountain hike accessible without leaving the community.

Thoughtfully updated and furnished in a modern, comfortable style, this condo is designed for relaxation.

Living Area: The open-concept living room features a large sectional sofa, a large TV and modern art. This area flows seamlessly to the front courtyard, where you’ll find a cozy seating area for two and your very own bubbling spa.

Kitchen: The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, an electric cooktop, and small appliances, including a Nespresso machine. A powder room completes this level.

Outdoor Amenities: We plan to add a gas grill to the courtyard—please inquire about availability if this is important for your stay.

Garage & Parking: Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the attached garage, parking for one vehicle, and nearby uncovered parking for an additional car.

Policies & Additional Information:
We want your stay to be as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Here are a few details to note:
-No smoking or vaping in the house
-Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide a photo ID. A signed rental agreement is required as per Palm Desert regulations.
-Noise Policy: Outdoor music is prohibited at any level, in accordance with local laws.
-Max Occupancy: 4 guests and 2 vehicles.
-Pet Policy: Well-behaved, pre-approved dogs are welcome (max 2) with a $150 pet fee per dog. Service dogs must be disclosed in advance. Sorry, no cats.
-Security: A security camera is located near the entrance and in the garage. The owner’s vehicle occupies one garage space, but there’s ample room for another car, along with additional nearby parking.
-Townhome is near Ironwood's Private Tennis/Pickleball courts (not officially accessible to you) and you can hear nearby play at times.
