There is not a more perfect location than this in the highly sought after Desert Falls Country Club community. This bright and airy, ground floor condo at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac boasts gorgeous views of mountains and sunsets while overlooking the 72-par championship golf course. With its location between two greens, nowhere near a fairway, you can peacefully relax on the patio sipping your favorite beverage without the worry of errant golf balls in the air at any time.

The 1,330 square foot condo was completely renovated in August 2023. Nearly everything in it is brand new from the floors and all appliances to the linens, towels and dishes.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, two brand new mirrored closet doors, linen closet, and an en suite, brand-new bathroom with dual vanities and tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, brand new mirrored closet door, and a full bathroom just outside the door.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for your culinary delights. Can't agree on Keurig pods vs. drip coffee? No problem. This kitchen has both. There is a laundry room inside the condo for your convenience, as well as a flat screen TV in the living room and master bedroom. This condo is stocked with plenty of linens/blankets, beach towels, games, puzzles, pool toys, and a library of assorted novels and books for the avid readers.

One of the many pools and jacuzzies on property is merely steps away, and you will have full access to all amenities, including golf, tennis, pickleball, a state-of-the-art fitness center, club house, and restaurant, which has a beautiful view of the golf course and lakes set against the northern mountains.

Enjoy leisurely walks around the community, hiking in the hills, concerts or tennis matches at local venues, or strolling along El Paseo for a world class dining and shopping experience...There is always something to do in the Coachella Valley.

Very clean. Super easy check in process. Great communication. Excellent view and amenities. The condo had everything we needed in it and was so very well stocked which is refreshing when traveling. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows not as much and caused neck/back pain, but that's a small thing. We would perhaps bring our own pillows next time. Definitely loved the neighborhood and the views every day were just unmatched. The tennis courts were also very nice to play on.

The property is lovely and beautifully appointed. The owner is communicative with quick responses. We really enjoyed having morning coffee on the patio and watching the golfers. The beds are super comfy!! When renting in Desert Falls, you have access to the gym and pickleball. The owners even have tennis racquets and pickleball paddles in the garage. We had a wonderful stay.

A Great Desert Falls Getaway location

The accommodations at the Pal Desert location are even better than described in the listing. You have to see it to believe it. The house is beautifully decorated, you feel like you’re right at home. They have all of the amenities you will need for a pleasant stay. The home is very centrally located; easy 15-20 minute driving distance to/from the airport, Acrisure Arena, numerous golf courses, restaurants and shopping districts. Having a garage to park our vehicle was an added plus-no hauling luggage from across a parking lot. Our hosts were very responsive to all of my inquiries both before and during our stay. I encourage everyone to seriously consider staying here. We had a great stay.

Amazing Experience

Mindy was an exceptional host. She was very quick in responding to any question I had and everything from check in to check out was easy. The condo is beautiful! It had plenty of room for our family. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of blankets. It was great to have 2 bathrooms as well - both beautifully updated. The living room is so comfortable and the games/activities cupboard was an awesome bonus. A tastefully decorated and well stocked condo. The location was fabulous as well. Very quiet. Peaceful back patio. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Mindy! We had a great time.

Fantastic Well Appointed Condo

This condominium is in a lovely community, has beautiful views of the golf course, one of the many pools and jacuzzis is right around the corner (super convenient). We didn’t cook much, but the kitchen is amazingly outfitted with everything you could want!! The place is well decorated, quiet, and very comfortable. Loved the condo, and would definitely go back!! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condon, great beds and with absolutely everything you need

We had a terrific stay. The condo was so well appointed, it felt like home. Every imaginable kitchen item (not rental grade), great beds, comfy sofa, lovely lovely view and easy access to Palm Desert and Indian Wells. Free access to tennis courts and work out facilities. Will come back in a heartbeat! Will definitely book again, if it's available.

Condo is exactly as pictured. Very clean and very well stocked. Location is on the golf course with a nice patio to relax on. Neighborhood is great for morning walks. The golf course is challenging! Condo has a flat screen to watch the Chiefs win the Super Bowl!!!

Very clean and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped with just about everything. Love the option of the coffee pot (reg/pods). So nice to sit outside and look out over the golf course to the mts. We did not have the best weather as planned but dealt with it and would recommend this stay.
