Upon booking, we will send you a Good Neighbor Policy and a Statement of Rules and Regulations provided by the city of Palm Springs. This needs to be signed and returned to me before your arrival along with a copy of your government-issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.
MUST be at least 25 years of age to rent.
NO Pets of any kind, this includes emotional support pets. (Will forfeit deposit if the rule is violated)
MAX 3 car policy. (Will forfeit deposit if the rule is violated and $500+ ticket from the city of Palm Springs)
Maximum occupancy 6. If more than 6, each additional person up to 8 will be charged $40 per night.
For heating the pool, we would need 48 hours in advance notice to preheat the pool. The charge for heating the pool is $150 per day for all days of staying. We heat the pool to 80 degrees F.
