Important Note: By booking this property you agree that as the responsible booking person you acknowledge and agree that you are legally responsible for compliance of all occupants and guests during your stay at the property for all municipal compliance codes including but not limited to:

Occupancy Limits: We have a maximum overnight occupancy of 6 guests and a daytime maximum occupancy of 10.

Parties and Events: We love a good celebration, but to keep the atmosphere cozy for all our guests and neighbors, no parties or events are permitted during your stay.

Quiet Hours: To respect our lovely neighbors, we have outdoor quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM Sunday through Thursday, and from 10 PM to 8 AM on Friday and Saturday. Additionally no amplified music is permitted outside of the home.

Noise violations will bring a minimum $500 fine from the City of Palm Springs.

Spa & Pool Heating: Want to enjoy our spa or pool? Heating is available for an additional fee ($25/day for the spa and $75/day for the pool, heated to a cozy 85 degrees). If you`re interested, please let us know ahead of time so we can ensure everything is ready for your check-in!

Booking Age: To ensure a responsible stay, our guests must be at least 25 years old to book.

Pet Policy: We love furry friends! Some pets are welcome with prior approval (maximum of 2).We kindly ask that pets stay off the beds and out of the pool. If we find any unapproved pets on the premises, there will unfortunately be a $500 fine.

Parking: Please limit parking to a maximum of 3 vehicles for this home. Two vehicles on the driveway and 1 vehicle on the street. The parking rules are enforced by the City of Palm Springs.

No Smoking: Our home is a smoke-free zone. We kindly ask that you smoke outside, as any evidence of smoking inside may result in a minimum fine of $500.

Noise Monitoring: To maintain a peaceful environment, we use noise monitoring devices. Tampering with them will lead to immediate eviction and forfeit of any fees for unused nights or amenities.

The City of Palm Springs requires us to collect names and vehicle information for all guests who stay at the property. We will provide an online check in form after booking to collect this information.

Please note that we have a doorbell camera at the front door, a camera on the front driveway and another one at the front pool area.
