Setting foot on the home’s terrazzo tile floors, your gaze will immediately be drawn to the views of the pool deck and the gorgeous mountain views. It frames the large living area where the comfortable seating gives you somewhere cozy to enjoy the open corner fireplace, or just take in the surrounding views.

Outside allows you to take in the gorgeous mountain views while availing yourself of the large pool and sun lounges. There’s also an outdoor dining setting for 8 along with additional seating for morning coffee and BBQ for outdoor grilling.

The Primary Suite

The Guest Room
The Guest Room features 2 twin beds (than can be converted to one King bed upon request) with hotel quality mattresses and super soft Brooklinen linens. There’s also a wall mounted TV and ample closet space, plus close access to the hallway bathroom with bath tub and shower combo and its own outdoor access to the backyard and pool.

This home is self check-in and setup with everything you need to relax and unwind.

Guest booking this home must be 25 year or older as our short term rental permit requires.

Parties and events are not permitted.

This home allows a maximum of 4 adults/kids plus 2 additional kids 12 or under.

There are strict noise and parking restrictions in Palm Springs and the booking guest will be responsible for any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without refund if any of the short term rental rules are violated.

No more than 2 cars may be parked at this home during your stay.

NO amplified music is allowed outside by the pool or anywhere else outside, and all music must be contained within the home and cannot be heard from outside.

All activities must be taken inside by 10PM to comply with the quiet hours for short term rental compliance... and to be good neighbors.

A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the short term rental guidelines and rules.

Pool heating is an additional $95 per night of your visit.
