For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.

Hot Tub:
The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!

Pool heater:
The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.

Maintenance:
Our pool technician cleans our pool on only Tuesday and Friday mornings. Our landscaper comes once a week every Monday morning. Walk up trash service is taken Wednesday mornings. All services are for your added convenience and will not bother you throughout your stay.

Desert Living:
This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so it`s natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if you`d like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.

Bachelorette Parties:
Given the design of our home, it is a popular choice for bachelorette celebrations. In collaboration with West Coast Bach, we provide enhanced services such as balloon arches, photo backdrops, marquee letters, bubbly/tequila bars, fridge stocking, charcuterie boards, and even cabana boy services. Our goal is to streamline your preparations and create a dreamy setup for your event. If you`re booking for a bachelorette party and require assistance with these services, please inform us upon booking!

Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

Windy neighborhood, staged furniture

The neighborhood doesn’t feel safe to walk alone at night in. And soooooooooer windy. The indoor furniture was a problem bc it wasn’t people friendly. It’s staging furniture and very uncomfortable. Also there were no side tables for both sides of bed in each room. Needs labels on any switches inside and out. Otherwise it was clean and backyard is nice.

Palm Springs Weekend

We rented this great house for a weekend as we were there for a cheer competition. Host/property manager was very responsive. Check in process was great!! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with just the very basics, so if you're planning on cooking for a large group you probably want to bring some large bowls etc. the back yard is great and I think the best feature of this home. Our grandkids had a blast in the pool, hottub and playing bocce.

Worst Nightmare

This was the worst vacation rental experience we have had. The upholstered furniture & decorative pillows were filthy. We covered the couches with extra duvets. The hot tub did not heat. The washing machine did not work properly. Circuit breakers went out for the pool pump & for the kitchen outlets (when not in use). The refrigerator was flashing that a new water filter was needed & the water from the refrigerator was cloudy, so we had to buy water. The garage door opener evidently needed a new battery, as it beeped when it was plugged in (it was not plugged in when we arrived). The main shower drain did not drain & flooded the bathroom floor. We did not feel safe in the neighborhood, as there were several empty lots containing garbage close by, as well as a STOP sign that had "CRIP" written under "STOP". In the 2 full days we remained there (we had 8 nights reserved), 3 people came for repairs & 3 people came to the door with deliveries of items that were missing from the property. At the point the shower drain overflowed we decided we could not stay & enjoy any of our vacation, so we left. We informed the host, who is a property management company, that we were leaving and why. I called VRBO to file a complaint while we were still there & it was elevated to a supervisor who had me send numerous pictures. I asked for a full refund. Now 2 1/2 weeks & 4 phone calls to VRBO supervisors later. VRBO never calls me back-- I keep calling. Only 2 nights refunded by property mgt.

The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hosts were great. However I’m afraid to say that the neighborhood and surrounding area is not ideal (as is very apparent from the view/surroundings including from the back yard.)

Birthday wishes

My daughter wanted to celebrate her 17th birthday in a unique themed home, which we pleasantly found in Palm Vista. Loved all the details found throughout the house, from art work and furniture. The back yard is fabulous, pool is beautiful lots of space and fun thing to do, bocce ball as well as putting. I would like to mention our host Al, he was so wonderful! Very responsive, as well as checking in to see how we are doing and if we needed anything. Highly recommend this house for any occasion!
