Feel free to explore and enjoy every corner, as everything besides the owner's closets that are locked and the garage, which is used for storage. From the inviting living spaces to the well-appointed bedrooms, the entire house is yours to revel in and create lasting memories.



The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:

Rest assured, ample parking space awaits you at A Splash of Ink. Whether you choose to park in the spacious driveway or avail yourself of the convenient street parking, you won't have to worry about finding a spot for your vehicle. Enjoy the peace of mind knowing that your car will be safely accommodated, allowing you to focus on indulging in the incredible experiences that await you during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

There are important city Ordinances that must be followed regarding noise, parking, occupancy. In order to avoid any disruption during your stay please make sure you follow the guidelines listed.



- It is important to understand that many of our neighbors strictly abide by the city rules regarding noise and music coming from any vacation rental property. There can be NO MUSIC OR EXCESSIVE NOISE heard from the exterior of the home, regardless of the time of day. If music or excessive noise can be heard from outside the home, vacation renters may incur a fine of up to $1000 or greater, and you will be evicted from the home by Splash of Ink Management without refund. These rules apply to excessive yelling and screaming as well, so please be mindful of outdoor play (especially in the pool) that might disturb others. Please be respectful of our neighborhood we just want you to enjoy your time without any problems.



- Keep in mind you are in a residential neighborhood and parking rules apply. Please do not exceed (3 cars allowed) the maximum number of vehicles allowed on-site at any time. If you need more parking, please inform us before the booking.



- Please take all your personal belongings day of checkout with you, we are not responsible for any belongings that have been left behind that get lost, damaged or stolen.



- If Splash of Ink Management is alerted by our roving security company that there may be over occupancy of the home, guests may be evicted without refund.



NOTE: Local regulations require that each short-term vacation rental guest be advised of the applicable city ordinances, rules, and regulations regarding their stay. You will be contacted by Splash of Ink representative within the first 24 hours of your arrival to sign and acknowledge your agreement of these policies. They will also be glad to go over any questions you have about the house during your stay.

Neither do we accept liability for any inconvenience's arising from any temporary interruptions or storage in supply of water, gas or plumbing NOT Caused by Property Owner (no refund will be given if this accrues as it is out of our hands), NOR will we accept any liability for losses or damages caused by weather conditions, natural disaster or other incidents beyond our control. Sometimes amenities can be harmful if not is used with caution such as surrounding pool areas can be slippery when wet. Tenant accepts and assume all risks involved in or related but not limited to use the patio, inside or outside the property. Please notify Splash of Ink Management if something is to happen right away. ***
