This 1900 sqft 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is very spacious and private. The house is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac street.
The house has many fun amenities: a ping pong table, darts, a sunken wet bar area in the main living space, a fire pit and a sparkling pool & spa.
The lovely, private back yard is very private with mature trees and hedges.

Nestled in a quiet & well located South Palm Springs neighborhood is this beautiful modern retreat with privacy and mountain views!
The home has a split floor plan with the primary bedroom on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms are on the other side of the home for privacy.
Inside you`ll find a formal entry and split floor plan with central kitchen opening to a tiled family room that looks to the pool. From the formal entry, there is a huge living room with vaulted ceiling and granite surround fireplace and full wrap around entertainer`s granite wet bar area.
The bright kitchen offers slab granite counters, loads of cabinetry and all high end stainless steel appliances, along with a breakfast bar. The master suite is by itself and offers a fireplace & sitting area. Both bathrooms are completely renovated & upgraded with designer tiles.
One of the bedrooms has bunk beds (twins) and the other bedroom has a queen bed. These rooms share a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The house has full width Plantation Shutters.
You`re just a short car ride away from the central heart of Downtown Palm Springs. Quick accessibility to the Smoke Tree shopping center for those late-night ice cream cravings. Groceries and restaurants galore.
The pool heating is optional. The pool heating fee is $75/day. This fee will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival. Please note: the pool heating is for the entire stay.
Pet fee: $150 per stay. This fee will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.

2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).
4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants.
5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (6 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental.
6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours (3 cars max)
7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
8. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.
9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.
**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.
