Fully remodeled for the 2023 Season! Nothing overlooked, this property is absolutely beautiful!

BOTH BEDROOMS GULF FRONT!

Our vacation rental sleeps 9 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom a twin over full bunkbed in the hallway nook. Living room has a cable TV. Both bedrooms also have cable TVs.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen includes all stainless steel major appliances including microwave and dishwasher, also included dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation. At least one guest must be 25 years old to rent this property.

We liked this condo, but when we arrived at 4:20 pm there were 2 cleaners and several kids running around the condo. The condo was not ready at the 4 pm check in. I feel like the cleaners were very rushed, and when they left, I had to contact the company because the condo was NOT clean. They were very efficient with getting another cleaning crew out, and they did get the issues fixed. Overall, a good stay, but I am not sure if I would rent the specific condo again.

Beautiful Beachfront Stay

This property is perfect. Elevators were easily accessible, ten steps off elevator and you are in. Decor is beautiful. Very clean property. One item I wish was included was beach towels. Just nice not to bring or buy. We sat on balcony a lot. This is one of the shortest walks to the beach and they keep beach very clean. You can rent chairs and umbrella directly in front of beach access. Pool was clean and you can sit while a perfect view of beach. Gym was closed which was inconvenient as I had surgery and was rehabbing knee. I will definitely rent this property again.

Great Condo

Probably the nicest condo we have stayed at in PCB. Pictures are very accurate and condo was very clean and nice. Only hiccup was the last day, the rental agency text that someone was coming to inspect the sliding glass door and that someone from their company would be with them. When we returned to the room, the door was completely unlocked. Thankfully everything was still there, but when I text the rental company back to let them know this, they never acknowledged or responded to me about letting them know it was left unlocked. Otherwise, great property.

Perfect getaway!

We were extremely pleased with our stay! The condo was clean and everything was new and updated. I was so impressed at the cleanliness of the condo as that is something that can make or break a stay. Beautiful kitchen that was well stocked for cooking meals at home. Location close to Walmart made it easy to get groceries/anything else we needed during our stay. Washer and dryer were a huge bonus and made it easy for us to pack light. The views are incredible! Clean beach that was well taken care of and it was a plus for us that an umbrella and two chairs were provided. The pools were great! Note that the lagoon pool is not heated but the other two smaller pools were. We loved that we could go night swimming in the heated pools! We appreciated that initial products were provided but note that if you have a big family you’ll need to pack or purchase extras like paper towels, dish tabs, laundry detergent, toilet paper etc. Bring beach towels! Check in and check out was smooth and process was relatively simple. One thing that was confusing was that the check out instructions in the condo didn’t match the ones that were emailed to us so we were not sure which ones to follow in terms of stripping the beds. Not a big deal but could be clarified. Close to lots of restaurants, beach shops and activities in the area but we mostly stuck to the condo, beach and pools. Overall we loved every minute of our stay and truly have zero complaints. We are already planning our return trip!

We have rented at Long Beach for 5 years with multipletrips per year. This unit is one of my favorite units. It is as advertised. Clean, updated and has a well stocked kitchen. The complex is clean as always with a few noted upgrades. Elevators were worked great also. The only issue I had this trip has nothing to do with the rental or the complex was the rude, act any way you want spring breakers.

Absolutely Gorgeous Veiws

Such a great place and so relaxing. The condo is perfect, the views are breathtaking. Just be sure to take beach towels and depending on the time of year some beach chairs. Communication with the manager was great! Very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything needed!

Amazing views!!!!!

This was our first time staying in a 2 bedroom, and it was wonderful! Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach in the living room and both bedrooms; absolutely fantastic! I've never had a balcony with a full size table and 6 chairs, as well as two gliding chairs; very nice. Bathrooms were very up to date, and it was great having double sinks in both. Very easy access to the elevator. I hope I get to stay in this unit again!

Gorgeous Condo

This condo was absolutely perfect. Amazing gulf views from every room. It was decorated beautiful and extremely clean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. This was our first time staying in this condo and we loved everything about it. We love Long Beach Resort for the convenience of parking and also getting to the beach. The weather wasn’t the best but having a gorgeous condo to stay in made up for it. We will definitely stay in this condo again!

We really enjoyed this condo!! It was very clean and the 8th floor was perfect for gazing at the beach on the balcony. It had everything we needed, we didnt cook much but did see that the kitchen was well stocked with silverware and cooking items. Nicely updated and very well kept!!! We will definitely remember this one for future vacations!! Thanks so much!!!!
