Our kitchen is fully stocked with new pots and pans, plenty of tableware, a Keurig, and an air fryer! We have seating for 4 at the kitchen island and 6 at the dining table. You will also find new living room furniture, new bedding, new HD Smart TVs in all rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, black-out curtains, a washer/dryer, fresh neutral paint, and Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout the entire condo.

Want a break from the beach? You can also soak up the sun at the large pool and jacuzzi surrounded by new pool furnishings. In addition you have access to an indoor jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. There is plenty of parking in the covered deck on levels 1-3, so easy to park and unload. There are 3 elevators for quick and easy access to the condo.
