30A Caspian Blue Carriage House + Pet Friendly

The Space:

Perfect for a relaxing getaway this one-bedroom one-bathroom homes combines modern luxury with coastal charm. Featuring a full kitchen with a designer tiled bar and backsplash, matte black fixtures and custom made glass cabinet knobs and pulls, every detail has been thoughtfully curated for your comfort.



The spacious living area includes a comfortable sleeper sofa for additional guests, making it ideal for a small family.  This home also boasts a 10' ceiling, giving the space an open, airy feel. Step outside and take advantage of the community pool, just steps away, or enjoy a day at the beach - both only a short walk or bike ride from your front door.



This property is ideal for snowbirds or couples looking for a longer term stay.  Your dog is welcome (under 50# on flea and tick preventative, no puppies). Have a large group? Rent with 30A Caspian Blue Cottage which offers the same amenities and sleeps 19!



Please note the Carriage House is above the garage and the Main Cottage may be rented to separate groups during your stay. Drive way space may be shared and garage access is included with the Main Cottage only.



TRANSPORTATION

- Bikes are popular on 30A! 2 are provided with the owners compliments.  Should you require additional bikes during your stay, a discount code to a local bike shop will be provided with your arrival information.

BEACH ACCESS/SERVICE:

- There is deeded beach access directly across from the neighborhood.

- In order to sit near the access, you must rent a "set" (2 chairs and an umbrella) otherwise you may use the access and walk 2 minutes to the right or 4 minutes to the left to the public access.

- Beach Service is provided by a local vendor; information provided upon booking

Guest Access:

Guests can access all of the carriage home and have access to the community pool as well as deeded beach access. Guests are allowed to utilize 2 of the bikes.



The Neighborhood:

Magnolia Cottages by the Sea is a small, discreet neighborhood tucked away between Seagrove and Alys Beaches. It is close to everything, but still offers the comforts of a beach vacation coupled with a quiet getaway.



Other Things to Note:

We love dogs and are happy to provide a dog friendly space for your vacation (fee applies)! However, it's important to note that dogs are not allowed on any of the beaches along 30A. There is a dog beach at Pier Park located at 16303 Front Beach Rd. Panama City Beach where Fido can meet some new friends and enjoy our gorgeous Emerald Coast!
