Come share our beach cottage and make some beautiful vacation memories with your friends and family. A short coastal stroll from the silky sugar sand of Inlet Beach and only minutes from Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy restful sleep in the spacious master suite and gather downstairs in the large open space for food and fun. Enjoy morning coffee and evening cookouts in the ocean air on the back deck. Located on the eastern edge of 30A only minutes away from premier shopping and restaurants.

No parking on the street . We have two parking spots and then at times there is additional parking on a first come first serve basis in our hood. I
We have a no noise ordinance that is in place in our neighborhood. No noise after 10 PM.
If you bring your fur baby, they must be leashed off the property and all of their waist (poop) must be picked up. đŸ¶There is a fee for pets.

Enjoyed the stay a lot! Angel was a very good host. The area was very nice, with a few great restaurants in walking distance and the house was comfortable. I especially liked the back porch, its lighting at night and eating breakfast there in the mornings.The location on the listing description is misleading. It says 3-5 minute walk to the beach and 8 min to Rosemary, but it’s more like 8-10 min to the beach and 15 to Rosemary. There was a bit of a cockroach problem, we found about 5, one alive. The cookware in the kitchen wasn’t great quality, pans weren’t very big and were beat up so it was tough cooking for the four of us.

The perfect place to stay my girls and I had so much fun and we were so comfortable for our entire vacation. We were able to walk to the beach every day and see some of the most beautiful sunrises/ sunsets we have ever seen. Uber was available for us within minutes to get to Pier Park from this location. Highly recommend! Like a true home away from home. Angel was very good to us and very prompt to respond to all my questions. I will certainly be back!

Overall our stay was great and would stay again now that we know what to expect. House was nice and clean. Neighborhood was quiet. We had a one year old traveling with us and a travel crib was noted under “amenities”. We expected a travel crib to be onsite but it wasn’t. Angel sent a list of companies we could rent from once I inquired but it was cheaper to go purchase a pack n play. Also, the bunk bed room picture was a little deceiving. It looks to have a double bed on the bottom and a twin up top but it is actually a triple bunk bed. It wasn’t convenient for my 65 yo mom to sleep on as she couldn’t get on the bottom bed that sits on the floor and the other two you had to climb a ladder.

Great townhome across the street from beach access. It's about a 10 min walk across a busy street (but there are crosswalks). Walkable distance to breakfast and pizza restaurants. Ten min bike ride to Rosemary Beach restaurants, etc.

Great spot!

We came in for a family wedding. We didn’t rent a car but it was easy to walk to the beach, Cafe Aroma and the 30A market. There are a few other walkable spots but we kept going back to these! Angel was a great host. Thanks so much for having us!

Great stay close to public beach access

We stayed with our family of 4 and had an awesome trip. The house was great and the location was an easy bike ride to Rosemary Beach or the Inlet Beach public beach access. Only downsides were how busy the highway is between the property and the beach (there is an underpass but you have to go a little bit out of your way to safely cross the highway and then back track to the beach). Also, there were some dirty dishes in the cupboard when we arrived - not a huge deal, we just washed them of course. All in all the house was awesome, beds were comfortable, they had a well stocked set of kids board games and the beach was beautiful. Renting bikes was key for us!

The best Experience ever

Angel's property was like a dream. The location is perfect, and the house is amazing. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a beautiful welcome basket on the kitchen table, filled with Easter goodies! The bathrooms were stocked with helpful amenities, making our stay even more comfortable. Angel goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and special. Communication was stellar, though we hardly needed it because everything was so perfect. The location exceeded our expectations, with the beach, Rosemary Beach city center, and malls all within walking distance. This was one of the best experiences we've ever had with Vrbo. Thank you, Angel, for an amazing stay. We hope to come back soon!

Excellence in Inlet Beach

The property overall is well maintained; it shows some signs of wear and tear, but nothing substantial.Angel is a terrific host and goes out of her way to accommodate. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an array of snacks and water. She has a supply of extra towels and supplies.Our family had an excellent vacation; you do have to cross a highway to get to the beach, but it was not a major obstacle.

Beautiful Stay!

My family and I spent Labor Day Weekend here and it was the perfect spot. Very close to public beach access, close to many great restaurants & in a quiet neighborhood. Angel was a great host & is very quick to reply to any questions. The house itself was perfect for us - great kitchen set up, bedrooms were large enough for us, comfy couch & TV set up with lots of streaming channels. They also provided us with some towels & beach chairs. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place for your next vacation!
