🔔 Important Policies: The primary renter must be at least 21 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present for the entire stay. The resort charges a one-time $30 fee per stay (paid at arrival) for one parking pass and wristbands—no daily fees. Maximum occupancy is FOUR guests (including children and infants) and is strictly enforced; exceeding this limit may result in cancellation or eviction without refund. No pets, smoking, unregistered visitors, or parties allowed. We recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking.
