the rare PCB rental where every adult gets their own bed, every couple gets their own

bathroom, and every kid has somewhere quiet to land at 9 PM. Walk 5-minutes to private beach access. Cool off in your private pool. Pour the first round at the in-home bar. Concierge support included with every stay.



The Space:

Albatross Retreat was designed from the studs up for groups traveling together — multi-family

vacations, anniversary trips, milestone reunions, work retreats. Eight bedrooms span three

thoughtfully laid-out levels: three king + queen suites give bunked-up couples + kids their own

space, five additional king-bed suites round out adult sleeping. Every bedroom has its own private

bath. Common spaces are deliberately oversized: two living rooms (so the kids' movie doesn't

override the adults' wine night), a great-room dining table / island that seats twelve, a chef's kitchen with double everything (two coffee makers, two ovens, two-zone fridge), a dedicated bar area, and a game room with arcade machines + ping pong. Outside, a private pool, a fire pit, beach loungers, and a wrap-around patio extend the gathering space into the Gulf breeze. Wi-Fi runs the whole house, and smart TVs are in every common area.



This home is built for: multi-generational families (grandparents + adult children + grandkids); two-

to four-couple group trips where everyone wants their own bathroom; bachelor / bachelorette parties of 12–16; corporate offsites and family reunions; pet-friendly travelers (dogs welcome). Solo travelers and couples will find it oversized. We're not the right fit for: party rentals (we have neighbors and a 16-guest cap), unaccompanied minors, or anyone hoping to pull boats / RVs into the driveway.

Guest Access:

You'll have private access to the entire home — all interior living areas, the private pool and patio, the

fire pit, deeded neighborhood beach access (walkable), high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs in every common area, washer + dryer, and keypad self-check-in. Detailed arrival instructions, gate codes, and beach-walk directions arrive 48 hours before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

You're in the Bid-A-Wee Beach West End neighborhood — historically one of the quieter, more

residential pockets of Panama City Beach. Private deeded beach access is a 5-minute walk from the front door (no driving, no parking lots, no rental fees). The crosswalk at the end of the street makes

the walk safe with kids.



From the house: Pier Park is 12 minutes by car (60+ shops, beach restaurants, IMAX, the Skywheel); Shipwreck Island Waterpark is 10 minutes; Frank Brown Park (16 baseball fields, recreation center) is 7 minutes.



Restaurants worth the trip: Saltwater Grill (10 min, upscale seafood), Boon Docks (8 min, casual on the water), Schooners (15 min, the original beachfront bar), Captain Anderson's (18 min, classic).



Closest grocery is a Publix at 9 minutes; a Walmart Supercenter is 12 minutes for stock-up runs.



Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is 26 minutes — most flights run direct from Atlanta, Nashville, Dallas, Chicago, and the Northeast hubs.



Getting Around:

Free on-site parking for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway and adjacent pad. Street parking is available

for additional cars. RVs, trailers, and boats are not permitted. Charging cables are not provided for

electric vehicles — if you need one, plan to bring it.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is after 4:00 PM (keypad self-check-in), checkout is before 11:00 AM. Maximum occupancy is 16 guests including infants. Pets welcome (please disclose at booking; pet fee may apply). No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for the neighborhood. Pool is unfenced — children must be supervised at all times. Smoking is not permitted indoors; designated outdoor areas are available. The Bid-A-Wee Beach access is a deeded community amenity; please show your guest packet to beach attendants if asked.
