From coffee to cocktails, the balcony is the perfect way to start and end each day. Inside, relax with family and friends in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. The full kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, for home-cooking and cleanup. Enjoy meals together at the dining table set for eight. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer.

We had a great time on our trip. There were a few hiccups. We didn’t have any parking passes when we arrived. We also didn’t have the pool code or gym code. The company who manages the apartment did fix these issues in a very timely manner and were very responsive. There were a few other issues like the bunk bed was very rickety, the shower handle was a little funky in one of the bathrooms, the back patio was huge, but not enough patio furniture, and there could have been more kitchen items, it was very bare and the stuff needs to be updated. So if you are planning on cooking full meals then you might now have everything you need to do so. Other than that it was very spacious and definitely enough room for 4 families.

Everything was great! Just want to suggest maybe having more kitchen utensils. Preparing meals was difficult due to the pots and pans situation but that was my only complaint. I would absolutely stay here again.

Come ok was clean but smelled like sewage the whole time. Elevators were a nightmare. TVs wouldn’t work. Parking was terrible and we were given the wrong gate code. The view was great but it didn’t out way the rest of our issue staying here.

Family girls trip

Booking was easy, location was easy to find. Parking was a nightmare, we stayed in a 4 bedroom that’s sleeps 14 but was only given 1 parking pass. Upon arrival the location was beautiful as well as the balcony. The house does not come with blankets only what is on a hospital be. So make sure to pack a blanket if the weather is going to be colder. There is not an ice maker, so we couldn’t get any ice.Overall our stay was fantastic just want to make sure you have a heads up before booking so your prepared

Nice, but parking tough

The place was very nice, but we had trouble with parking and were misinformed by Vacasa. They said on the phone to “park anywhere” and there was no parking pass inside the condo, except for an overflow lot across the street. Then we almost got towed right before family reunion event. Vacasa did not cooperate and refused our requested partial refund.

Disappointing

I’ll start with the positives which were the location to the beach, the view and the overall layout of the unit which worked well for our large group and that’s where it ends. The rest of the time we were all dealing with dirty or broken things in the unit. We were supposed to be notified if the unit was available early for check in and we were never informed. I decided to go up to the unit to check and our code worked so we did get in early but it would have been nice if we were informed. Once we all made it in and the kids were playing inside their feet were black after about 30 minutes of being barefoot inside. The washer was full of mold and mildew. We had to buy some tub cleaner and clean it ourselves before we could use it. The tv in the living room doesn’t work, the bunk beds were broken, we had a toilet leak in one of the bathrooms and 2 days after I informed Vacasa someone came to fix it and said the whole thing needs to be replaced, then the flapper broke too and it couldn’t even be flushed so we were down a toilet in our room. All the furniture outside is dirty and stained, the throw pillows inside are stained and dirty. Our pool and beach gate code never worked and when I asked Vacasa for help they never helped. We had to ask another guest staying at the property for theirs. We have never had such a negative experience with a rental property before and would not recommend staying in this specific unit. It’s seriously lacking some general maintenance updates.

It was great, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of room. Balcony is huge! Only complaint is parking if you have more than one vehicle. Would absolutely stay again.

Terrible

When we arrived the property was dirty, several sheets were stained, the floors were dirty, stains on the furniture, one of the shower curtain liners were covered in mold. This place was so bad that we had to pay to stay somewhere else the first night because they could not get someone there to clean it. I was so disappointed especially with how they handled the situation!

Could have been cleaner

The balcony was large and the condo was spacious with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. I would stay at this facility again but I will avoid staying through vacassa. The unit was just not clean. On arrival there were multiple hairwads on the floor. Hair in master bath sink. Syrupy, sticky, kitchen table. The mirrors still had lots of splatters. There was mildew on shower curtains and around drains and hot tub jets. My husband bought cleaning supplies when he made a food run, so I could give it a clean. Next day we found bath towels that wreaked of cigarette smoke, so we had to wash them before we felt comfortable using them. We questioned if they were clean. As the weekend went on, we found candy wrappers, partially used water bottle, and other items, behind cushions and around the condo. We were able to enjoy our trip. I do felt someone had come in and superficially and lightly wiped down some surfaces. However, the cleaning job was just not thorough and left me feeling a little weird throughout the weekend. The parking is crowded and the overflow lot not nearly sufficient. We had to pay $12 per day to park the 2nd car. The codes we were given did not work, but we were able to get correct codes for the pool from other guests, but not for the workout room. Overall, the location is good, the space for large groups was nice and the fact that each room had it's own bathroom was a plus. The elevators were fast with short waits even on a high floor.

Outdated, Poor Checking Processess

We had a horrible experience the second we drove up to this resort. There is no front desk area where you can unload your stuff, instead you are going straight into a garage and blocking other peoples designated parking's. The elevator did not work so we had to wait minimum 20 minutes to go up and go down. Huge waste of time. They were able to fix the elevator on our second day which made it much easier getting up and down. The condo itself definitely needs a little TLC, it has been worn down. The furniture outside is extremely dirty and stained. There were only 4 chairs for the outside table which were also in bad condition. The condo was not cleaned properly, the vents were filled with dust, bathroom had hair in tub and sink from other peoples stay and the whole condo smelled like Sewerage. Eventually you get used to it however it was strong. The kitchen definitely needs additional cooking and serving utensils, pots and pans. Parking was horrible, you are given one parking space at the building and overflow parking right across the street. The overflow parking was full our whole visit. In a place that fits 16 people were had no choice but to purchase public parking, which is located by the overflow parking for $80.00 a week. Cost we really did not anticipate but had to do it as we came with 3 cars. I had to spend 2 hours calling Vrbo as we were missing sheets for pull out coach, i had to use the ones from the king bed. Sheets were never brought over like promised.
